We employ over 95 staff across our offices delivering full Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM implementation and support services to over 300 customers. Our customers include leading distribution and manufacturing companies, service focused organisations and public sector.

Due to the ongoing expansion of our Dynamics and Power Platform Practice we are looking to recruit an experienced Dynamics 365 Support Consultant to service both our existing client base and new customer implementations within the geographic focus of the Republic of Ireland.

Customer service is vital to our success and the first level of support to our clients in Ireland is provided by the Software Support Team based in Dublin.

The Role

The role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer support queries, logged via our on-line customer portal support system and by telephone.
  • Taking ownership of support issues and managing them through to closure
  • Research issues, implement fixes & document case resolution
  • Manage and prioritise support tickets to meet agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Keeping the customer informed as to the progress of the ticket
  • Escalate queries to Development & Business Consultants as required
  • Applying accounting and business process knowledge to resolve client’s queries
  • Support strong customer relationship management
  • Support project delivery team with Quality Assurance activities and transition of project to ongoing support post go live.
Essential Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in application support, especially ERP / CRM software.
  • Experience as a software tester, including the ability to conduct functional testing, write and execute test scripts and write bug reports
  • Experience using CRM software such as Dynamics 365
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Desired Experience
  • Qualification in Computer Science/Business Information Systems, or a comparable qualification with the corresponding professional experience.
  • Experience working with or implementing Dynamics 365 or other ERP/Financial software application.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, Workflows, API and Web Services.

**Responsibilities**
1. Work on a mission critical 24x7x365 production support environment providing support
2. Work on trouble shooting issues, finding root cause and resolving incidents
3. Work on the underlying issues causing the incidents & contribute to problem resolution
4. Contribute to a controlled change management processes
5. Use ITIL standards based processes to achieve deliverables that meet quality expectations of oracle/client.
6. Coordinate with offshore team for various incidents, problems and changes.
7. Adhere to defined Change Control Process of oracle/customer. Comply with oracle/customer audit/compliance requirements.
8. Perform proper handover/knowledge transfer at end of each assignment. Timely status reporting to supervisor.
9. Timely submission of timesheets for oracle/customers.
