We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Data Analytics & Shopper Marketing Manager** to join our team based in Dublin to support the Market Development (MDO) Manager across all customers with all aspects of data analytics and insight generation to drive total category growth for the retailer and Nestlé Purina. This role will also support the MDO Lead with key category management initiatives including delivery of range reviews, range optimisation and merchandising recommendations. You will also deliver winning shopper marketing plans with our retailers to drive sales and point of purchase opportunities.
**A day in the life of a Data Analytics & Shopper Marketing Manager.**
In this role, you will deliver the cyclical insight by monitoring category performance and executing category tasks supporting MDO Lead. Additionally, you will develop and execute the shopper activation and brand plans with the Purina Brand Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Deliver continuous insight through category performance monitoring: Complete regular performance updates both internally and externally, extracting insights from these sources and using them to continually bring opportunities for growth for both the customer and Purina
+ Alongside category and brand teams, ensure all NPD successfully launched into customers
+ Manage the day-to-day relationships with research agencies from coding to data delivery and reporting - developing data from Insight to Action
+ Present insight, actions, and opportunities both internally and externally to influence Purina Market performance through Field sales, customer contacts and Business Managers
+ Deliver winning shopper marketing plans to drive product ROS working with external shopper agencies to include the creation and delivery of Annual Shopper Marketing plan across all categories and channels to include our shopper presence online
+ Effectively manage PFME (marketing budget) to maximise return on investment
+ Execute Successful Tradeshows and Category Sells with retailers to drive Nestlé sales at key occasions
+ Manages an outsourced service provider for POS storage and distribution
**What will make you successful**
We are looking for a passionate self-starter with a curious and creative mindset to succeed in an exciting, fast paced channel. You will be comfortable working in an agile environment managing multiple projects at once. Relationship building is key to success in this role so you should be able to demonstrate an excellent relationship building ability internally, externally and within multifunctional teams.
You will also have:
+ Previous experience in either category management, shopper marketing, insights management or consumer marketing
+ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into insights
+ Proven ability to create category insight driven sales stories and identify opportunities and threats from market data
+ Ability to manipulate data from Nielsen, Kantar and Dunnhumby
+ Demonstrable record of success in a customer facing role
+ Proven success in management of budgets

Job Description
The Marketing Analytics Manager plays a crucial role within the broader Marketing Operations (MOps) team. This individual will take the lead on strategic global initiatives designed to sustain and enhance the team's effectiveness within the Marketing department and beyond. The primary focus is to serve as a strategic, trusted analytics partner to Marketing teams in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), delivering data-driven, actionable insights that shape marketing strategy and optimize campaign performance. This includes analyzing program impact, ROI, and forecasts, as well as building dashboards and custom reports to track trends and outcomes of marketing initiatives in alignment with company goals.
This role will have a critical role in refining the overall go-to-market strategy by fostering cross-functional team collaboration and providing insightful recommendations.
We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model.
**Main Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the subject matter expert for all standard metrics, reporting, methodologies, processes, and domain knowledge for the marketing organization
+ Analyze extensive marketing data and omni-channel interactions to make recommendations on optimal marketing mixes and ideal customer journeys
+ Lead analytical deep dives to understand regional funnel drivers and opportunities for marketing performance improvement, including, but not limited to, global/regional marketing performance, marketing program ROI, and funnel analysis. Identify areas of opportunity and propose innovation and iterations
+ Collaborate with internal marketing teams to understand pain points, providing data-driven insights and guidance
+ Manage data-related quality, accuracy, and availability of our dashboards and reports
+ Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and reduce time-to-insights
+ Manage roadmaps, projects, stakeholders' needs, and prioritization in line with the company and Marketing strategies
+ Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations (MOPS) and Sales Operations (SOPS) stakeholders to prioritize and execute strategic projects aligned with MongoDB's go-to-market goals
+ Lead the implementation of new analytical reports, including creating how-to guides and enablement materials post-launch.
+ Identify and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items effectively
**Requirements**
+ 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or operations.
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Tableau and Excel. Working knowledge of platforms such as Eloqua/Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience collaborating and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
+ Project management and prioritization skills to juggle multiple regional and global projects concurrently
+ Ability to thrive in the fast-paced, tech industry environment
**Nice to have**
+ Experience with advanced database segmentation
+ Familiarity with marketing attribution models
+ Familiarity with Account-based marketing frameworks
+ Previous experience in B2B software industry
+ Proficiency in Python or NoSQL
