Job Description
To help fuel and manage our continued growth we're currently seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter. This is a fixed-term contract running until 31/07/2026 with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
We will consider candidates based in Dublin and remotely in Ireland.
**About the job**
+ Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and partner with them on everything from writing job descriptions to setting recruiting strategies, and closing candidates
+ Understand your business unit's objectives and challenges and use that information to attract quality candidates
+ Work effectively with internal clients to ensure the selection process results in quality hires
+ Develop creative sourcing strategies resulting in pipelines that meet hiring goals
+ Ensure applicants have a positive interview experience from the screening process through offer negotiation
**About you**
+ 2-4 years of in-house technical recruiting experience
+ Prior agency recruiting experience
+ Have a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
+ Have previous experience in sourcing, recruiting, and closing top technical talent
+ Have a data-driven mentality and use data to shape your recruiting strategy
+ Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while wearing many hats
+ Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model.
**Responsibilities**
+ Developing relationships at all levels of the business, meeting regularly with leaders to understand business needs and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies
+ Source, recruit, interview and close professionals across a wide range of GTM roles
+ Develop unique sourcing strategies, including social networking and direct sourcing, resulting in pipelines that meet aggressive hiring goals
+ Working effectively with peers and leaders across the company to ensure the selection process results in quality hires
+ Engage applicants from screening process through offer negotiation, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
**Requirements**
+ A minimum of 3-5 years recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment, ideally in a software company or top-tier search firm where you were responsible for sourcing and closing top GTM talent
+ Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional work experience
+ Smart, passionate and driven
+ A proven record of employing creative sourcing strategies
+ Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment while wearing many hats
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ End-to-end recruitment process. You will independently take over parts of the recruitment process for a mix of blue collar and white collar workers.
+ Your core tasks include intake calls with our client and autonomous candidate selection, screening applications and conducting telephone and/or video interviews.
+ Provide detailed documentation of selection decisions.
+ Assist candidates and managers during the hiring process, handling offer and contract administration. You will be primarily responsible for Irish Market.

+ Self-assured yet friendly manner and outstanding interpersonal skills.
+ Reliable working methods, enjoyment of working with a high degree of autonomy.
+ Exceptional English level.
