We are looking for an **Account Director ** to join our **DACH Staffing team** as a trusted adviser with a relentless focus on bringing value to our customers within Mid-Market sector. You will be responsible for helping our customers effectively engage with our Talent Solutions. You will be dedicated to making our customers stronger and seeking out opportunities for growth. Although you possess a strategic approach to selling and strive to meet/exceed revenue goals, you will always have your clients' best interest in mind and act as their internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success.
**Responsibilities: **
+ Builds relationships with multiple stakeholders (vertically and horizontally) across the customer's organization
+ Asks layered, open-ended questions to understand and clarify customer's objectives and challenges beyond surface-level detail
+ Leads with solutions, not products, when making recommendations aligned to customer objectives
+ Drives customer decision making by achieving shared vision and proactively considering the value props that tie all stakeholders together
+ Thinks commercially and applies business acumen when crafting & negotiating commercial agreements
+ Uses data and insights to support investment recommendations or overcome customer objections
+ Proactively mitigates churn risk by adopting a smart, customer-centric approach
+ Engages customers throughout and adapts a strategy when needed to optimize ROI
+ Drives customer growth by proactively identifying opportunities to deliver greater customer value
+ Is disciplined in Territory and Account Planning, Forecasting, and Quota Attainment
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years of applicable sales experience
+ Business fluency in English and German
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience with HR and/or recruitment
+ Background working in a recruitment agency
+ BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field
+ Experience selling SaaS and/or IT solutions
+ Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, forecasting, strategic planning and business acumen skills
+ Demonstrated ability to find and manage high-level business in fast paced sales environment
+ Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and compelling storytelling
+ Ability to orchestrate the closure of business with an accurate understanding of prospect needs
+ Ability to collaborate and include multiple business partners

Scope of the RoleTalent Partnering
- Primary responsibility for partnering with the Commercial teams in France to support across a range of disciplines including Marketing, Sales, Scientific Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance. However, your role is part of a Global team and therefore partnering stakeholders in other countries/hiring disciplines may also be required.
- Building a deep knowledge of our strategic categories, so that you can truly appreciate what 'good looks like' in the talent we're looking for.
- Working with your hiring teams, in-country HR colleagues and global TA colleagues to provide data and metrics, to enable you to have robust discussions and provide guidance on market trends, commercial insights and competitor landscape.
- Champion the 'One Perrigo Hiring' process - influencing and engaging hiring teams to follow a consistent model to attract and assess top talent, using behavioural-based selection model.
Sourcing & Screening
- Sourcing candidates using professional networking, job boards, industry contacts, and promotion of employee referrals.
- LinkedIn Insights & LinkedIn Recruiter are a core part of your sourcing approach - leveraging the technology to influence and inform the sourcing strategy.
- Representing LinkedIn market insights to hiring managers in a way that makes sense! Transforming the data and insights into an actionable delivery plan.
- Using the mix of multi-channel sourcing to attract and engage top talent for immediate and longer-term opportunities. A key priority is to build strong global talent pools for future.
- Shortlist and pre-screen candidates to determine suitability and subsequently support hiring managers with the interview schedule and hiring decisions.
- Direct sourcing and market hunting is our key priority; however, we will work with external agency partners from time to time.
Candidate Engagement
- You'll effectively manage candidate expectations and engage talent right throughout the hiring process, ensuring that we provide successful and unsuccessful candidates with an exceptional end-to-end TA experience.
- You'll be an ambassador of our employer brand, our culture, behaviours and values, and represent this with active and passive talent, while connecting them to current and future job opportunities.
- You're an experienced TA professional with in-house corporate/commercial TA Partnering experience - ideally within the Consumer Healthcare or Pharma industry.
- You thrive on change and are agile and flexible in your adoption of TA activity to support evolving business strategies.
- Fluency in French & English language essential. Knowledge of additional European language(s) and advantage.
- You have a natural flair for building and sustaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. Experience working across a global multi-cultural matrix environment is a distinct advantage.
- Experience of using multi-channel recruitment and sourcing methods to attract active and passive talent essential.
- You'll already have experience in a role where you develop deep insights into the markets you support, providing hiring teams with robust data and trends to support short term sourcing activity and longer term talent pipelining.
- Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System essential - ideally SuccessFactors.
