Overview of the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our talent acquisition team in Cork or Dublin on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will support across all of our business units and will take the lead in proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent to support the business during a high-growth period. Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities, and innovative sourcing channels
- Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify emerging talent pools and inform hiring decisions
- Partner with hiring managers to lead recruitment kick-off meetings, define role requirements, and align on sourcing strategies
- Implement advanced sourcing strategies to connect with top talent
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of talent
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial contact through to offer acceptance, ensuring the candidate experience aligns with company standards
- Deliver strategic insights on talent availability, competitor activity, and market trends to influence recruitment planning
- Demonstrated ability to identify talent within the engineering sector across Ireland
- Experience influencing business stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes
- Proven experience in a talent acquisition or external recruitment role with significant proactive sourcing responsibility and stakeholder interaction
- Proficiency in using various sourcing channels, tools like LinkedIn for recruitment insights, and applicant tracking systems
