The Design Project Manager will be responsible for preparing code compliant fire sprinkler designs using Autocad and Revit based software for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. Assessment of Sub-contract and Supplier Tender returns for Technical compliance with design intent specifications. Coordinate with the project planning department to ensure that every element of the project is delivered ahead of schedule. Management of the technical submittals and approvals. Management of the material procurement along with the ordering of material through SAP. Work hand in hand with the CMT to ensure that design; materials; manpower and schedule are all in place to enable the construction trades can deliver on time, every time. Ensure Works are installed in accordance with Project specifications and to the Project QA plan. Senior designers to sign off QA sheets following design review with designer. Ensure uniformed drawings are prepared to design standards.
