**Job Description**
**Role overview:**
The Arklow-based Fraud Management team of 13 oversees the UK and Ireland portfolios. We monitor accounts and transactions to detect fraud, review potential violations, and secure accounts to prevent losses to Elavon.
Our work involves close collaboration with merchants, banks, law enforcement, and internal teams. We also maintain fraud-related data and processing statistics to support process improvements as risks evolve **.**
**Key accountabilities:**
+ Monitors account activity to identify fraudulent financial transactions and violations
+ Secures accounts to prevent losses
+ Works with internal departments to validate that charges are authorized
+ Works with merchants to resolve customer service issues or fraudulent activity
+ Maintains merchant processing statistics and records
**Skills & experience required:**
+ Third Level Degree or equivalent
+ Typically, five or more years of related work experience
+ Ability to interpret technical and administrative instructions to answer recurring questions and use as a guide in solving similar problems or situation
+ Experience with loss mitigation
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
+ Technical or trade school certificate in business or computer science preferred

+ Be de-briefed about journey by Transport Office

+ To complete any other duties as required by Management
+ Carry out driver's duties with due regard to legislation in respect of LGV drivers, download your digital tachographs at the start and end of every shift for analysis by the Company
+ To always follow the companies Safe Working Procedures

Job Description
Working within a fast-paced environment the job holder will work with other QC Inspectors and Senior QC/AQM quality control checking testing and releasing final products to meet our customer and internal specifications.
Role Responsibilities
* Quality control release jobs and add to inventory management efficiently and in accordance with SOP.
* To ensure that all output meets customer specification and is produced in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001 and PS9000
* To perform internal specialist checks as per internal procedures.
* To conduct internal audits according to internal procedures and external standards.
* To comply with individual customer specifications.
* To take necessary corrective action in line with SOP and customer specifications when faults are identified.
* To make quality judgements independent of production requirements.
* To be aware of and ensure all quality records and systems are maintained in line with data integrity requirements.
* Dealing with day-to-day customer quality queries - certification/sampling - telephone and email
* Ensure compliance to Man 28
* Participation in customer liaison in audits as required
* Liaise closely with production departments on issues and improvements
* Raise internal complaints and discrepancies in Q-Pulse
* Complete final specification checks against agreed SOP
* Check all final batch release samples as appropriate for the customer
* Complete batch release and customers certification
* Action and control non-conforming product - impound and quarantine.
* Liaise with the Customer Services department, i.e., shortage recording/trending
Quality System
* All functions to be carried out in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and PS9000 quality management standard requirements with reference to the sites Quality Policy, Global Quality Manual 28 & relevant Works Instructions.

**MAIN ROLE OVERVIEW:**
+ Working within the European Scheme Centre of Excellence that covers all scheme related activity, management and operations
+ Management of the optimisation coordination and delivery of all optimisation related programmes across the team
+ Creation of value based prioritisation, tracking and articulation to senior leaders

**MAIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Excellent data interpretation and presentation skills
