As a Quality Technician you will be responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system. Ensure the area is compliant to site and divisional policies and procedures. Support the building and maintenance of successful cross functional relationships with departments such as R&D, Technical, Engineering, Operations and Regulatory Affairs in order to achieve all operational goals. This is a shift based role on 4 cycle shift.
**Key Responsibilities**

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Job Overview:**
As the Maintenance Technician, you will support the Maintenance Manager to maintain a state-of-the-art automated plant. You will be required to complete corrective and preventative maintenance to maintain core and non-core plant equipment to the highest standard, therefore a strong electrical and mechanical aptitude will be paramount.

The role will involve shift work on rotating basis ( **7am to 3.30pm and 3pm to 11.30pm** ). You will get a shift premium of 20% on top of your basic salary. There will also be a requirement to be on callout.
**In the role of the Maintenance Technician, you will:**
+ Ensure compliance with all HSE and Food Safety & Quality legal and regulatory requirements and associated policies, standards, procedures and forms of the Company within the operations environmentLead preventative maintenance of site equipment to improve equipment efficiency and reduce machine downtime.
+ Respond to corrective and emergency breakdowns to improve up-times on equipment, while maintaining GMP standards.
+ Assist in developing the TPM and PM process to cover all core / non-core equipment for the manufacturing facility.
+ Support production with TPM schedules and procedures to maintain equipment to the highest standard.
+ Complete site safety checks to ensure site regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of site safety.
+ Monitor and evaluate all equipment systems for the manufacturing group and make necessary changes for continuous production improvements including but not limited to the modifying and upgrading of equipment.

**Job Overview:**
The Manager, Regional Technical Services, will use field-based skills to support our non-KDP owned production partners, helping them effectively manufacture and deliver the highest quality KDP product to our customers. This position, through customer-focused activities related to quality and manufacturing, is an integral player in the protection of our brands. They will have a thorough understanding of formulation, specifications, manufacturing processes and quality assurance and will partner with key internal teams in the areas of Customer Service, R&D, Licensing, Consumer Affairs, and Field Sales.
**Responsibilities**
+ Enforcing and maintaining standards and guidelines with KDP manufacturing partners.
+ Working side by side with KDP manufacturers, training them on proper quality expectations, production guidelines and standard operating procedures.
+ Maintaining complete manufacturer profiles critical to KDP.
+ Analyzing available data on quality, consumer complaints, and product trade age to identify potential issues.
+ Investigate all out-of-standard issues. Work with manufacturers to validate results, determine the scope of the issue, identify the cause of the problem, and propose and implement corrective actions.
+ Working with other KDP functions (Marketing, Graphics, Packaging and Product Development) to facilitate and support new product/package launches and marketing initiatives.
+ Responsible at the Regional level for all new product and package starts to ensure that they are brought to the market in a timely manner and within quality guidelines.
+ Providing value-added services to bottlers. Examples: in-plant laboratory training, sanitation/microbiological training, manufacturing support, trade age management training, continuous improvement programs.
+ Taking responsibility for special projects as assigned.
+ Delivering needed information and subject matter expertise when called upon to enhance quality product delivered to customer.
**Major Expectations of Role**
**Quality Improvement:** Implement for each bottler within region an action strategy for achieving continuous improvement of KDP product quality as delivered to the consumer.
**Bottler Data Information Systems:** Responsible for the shared maintenance of all bottler information management systems for region. Complete on a timely basis all requested written and verbal communication.
**Trade Management:** Practice a trade age management philosophy and implement monitoring within region of the performance of our products in the marketplace. Utilize actionable strategies to facilitate better distribution practices and product selection to accomplish better product quality in the marketplace.
**Budget:** Manage the region within the financial constraints established by the company. Constantly probe technical activities for potential cost savings to the department and/or to the company. Utilize good time management practices to maximize effectiveness at minimum cost.
**Activities:** Manage all technical activities within region. These activities are determined in cooperation with the Division Director and QEHS-FS LT and are to be based on a sound business and customer-focused strategy and risk. Always strive for simplification and improvement of all activities.
**Issues:** Focus on resolving issues promptly, diplomatically and effectively by utilizing all internal and external company resources. Those issues and solutions are to be communicated to the entire group.
**Competitive Activities:** Monitor region for competitive activities, i.e., new products, reformulations of old products, technical activities, marketing strategies, etc. that will help KDP become more effective in the marketplace.

**About the role:**
As a Lead Detection Engineer, you will be part of UKG's Global Security Detection Engineering team. This global team is responsible for detecting and responding to sophisticated cyber threats and attacks. In your role you will leverage a variety of tools and resources to proactively detect, investigate, and respond to emerging and/or persistent threats impacting UKG and/or its customers.
**Responsibilities:**
+ You will be providing hands-on solutions, customization and tuning, automation, and use case development for the SIEM, SOAR, and other stakeholder requirements for threat informed defense strategies
+ You will support leading production level projects to completion as a contributor and a collaborator between multiple stakeholder teams including the Security Operations Center (SOC), Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, and Incident Response

+ You will also maintain existing internal code, use cases, and further extend SIEM and SOAR integrations aligned to the Detection Engineering program efforts

+ You will support the Director of Detection Engineering in directly enhancing the strategic capabilities of the program through complex technical projects
**Qualifications:**
+ The ability to lead complex projects, other team members, and support building strategic and technical initiatives
+ 7+ years of security and hands on technical automation experience, with 5 or more of those years focused on creating use cases and detection focused automation
+ 5-7 years of operational experience working directly with or in security operational teams including: SOC, Threat Intelligence , and Incident Response
+ Deep understanding of SOC, SIEM, and other engineering best practices, limitations, and ways of extending or customizing threat detection automation related use cases
+ Demonstratable hands-on skills in a major scripting/programming language or a search query language for use in security operations and threat detection
+ Experience with a major public cloud service provider (CSP) preferred
