Our client, a leading automotive group based in Ballymount, Dublin 12, is seeking a commercially mindedMarketing Account Managerto take ownership of their multi-channel marketing strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and strategic marketing professional with 35 years experience who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Create engaging content for websites, social media, email marketing, press releases, and advertising campaigns. Manage traditional marketing projects, including print collateral, working closely with the design team. Generate leads to attract and convert new customers. Monitor and report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and marketing effectiveness. Oversee social media platforms and manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok). Plan, execute, and analyse targeted email marketing campaigns. Utilise CRM systems to maintain and enhance customer relationships. Participate in cross-departmental meetings to align marketing activities with business goals. Track marketing expenditure and ensure alignment with budgets. Maintain brand consistency and compliance with brand standards across all activities. Organise and lead online and in-person events to support marketing and sales initiatives. Assist with tender submissions and ensure all marketing activities comply with GDPR policies. Collaborate with dealership teams to support local advertising and promotional events. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase market share and customer loyalty. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers as needed. Provide regular marketing performance reports to senior management. Ideal Candidate Should Have 3-5 years marketing experience, ideally within the automotive or a related sector. Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. Full clean drivers license with access to own car. Proficiency in website Content Management Systems (CMS). Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Adobe Analytics is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Proven teamwork skills with the ability to build positive relationships across departments.
