**Client Relationship Manager**

ICON Plc has a fantastic opportunity for a **Client Relationship Manager** to join our team.
As **Client Relationship Manager** , your main focus will involve working closely with our client's global Project Management team to understand current and forecasted needs in order to advocate for the client internally within ICON.
You will have oversight of client metrics, reviewing trends and quality issues across all internal areas, driving internal process improvements to better serve our customers.
**Role responsibilities include:**
+ Working with key clients you will understand existing and projected requirements in order to plan internal resource needs, enhance and re-direct services as needed.
+ Represent the Central Lab at regular client meetings where you will discuss each project and provide progress updates and receive feedback.
+ Review client metrics, including assisting in metric collection as needed; investigate and troubleshoot quality issues.
+ Drive special projects surrounding Scientific or Operations Updates that require change management, client communication, and/or process updates.
+ Actively provide client training to enhance the relationship with the Central Lab.
+ Partnering with Management and Business Development to ensure that client issues are communicated and raised appropriately.
+ Delivers high quality standards and strives for excellence; Acts in a can-do, flexible and responsive manner to customer needs; Communicates with clarity of purposes, setting clear direction.
+ Operates independently with a willingness to make decisions; Projects credibility and makes a professional and positive impression on others; Acts as a coach and mentor and shares expertise.
+ Performs additional relevant responsibilities as requested by management.
**To be successful in the role, you will ideally have:**
+ At least five years clinical lab, project management or related experience.
+ You will be dedicated to building lasting relationships amongst cross-functional teams.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Strong presentation skills.
+ Possess the ability to work independently with a high degree of quality.
+ You will be self-motivated with an outgoing personality and work well in a team setting.
+ Consistent track record in delivering focused customer service and client satisfaction.
+ Proven ability to actively lead a broad variety of clinical studies.
+ Experience in managing projects and/or client relationship management.
+ Knowledge and familiarity with the clinical trials industry.

The Relationship Account Management team is focused on driving long-term partnerships with MongoDB's mature customers, creating expansion & evangelism in the process. This team was established 18 months ago and continues to grow and scale with our expansion to EMEA.
Individuals in the Relationship Account Manager (RAM) role have a passion for technology that delivers business outcomes and understand how to retain and grow clients through a focus on _their_ success. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for your customer base and leverage the MongoDB ecosystem to help drive expansion and retention of a customer portfolio. As a Relationship Account Manager you will be responsible for success, education, enablement, upsell/cross-sell, renewal and everything in between for a book of strategic, enterprise accounts.
We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin/Barcelona for our hybrid working model.
**Our ideal candidate will have**
+ 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in Sales or Account Management, or similar customer-centric role with direct revenue responsibility
+ At least 3 years of quota-carrying experience in a similar role
+ A proven track record of hitting sales targets; this role will be responsible for expansion/upsell AND renewal/retention
+ The ability to execute on activity and pipeline expectations and published standards of excellence (M4S/Leading indicators)
+ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to a diverse audience, both internally and externally
+ A background and passion for driving value and growth with customers via virtual meetings - this takes the form of enablement sessions, strategy meetings, business reviews, and more in this role
+ Demonstrated ability to articulate the value of a complex enterprise technology
+ A mind for technology - we'll teach you about MongoDB and databases, but our customers and product are inherently technical and you should have an aptitude and curiosity to learn about those concepts
+ The ability to work in a fast paced environment
+ The acumen for leveraging tools and data sets to gain insight into your clients use of MongoDB
+ An entrepreneurial mindset - this is a new team so you must thrive in a changeable, often ambiguous environment and enjoy contributing to building process, enablement and best practices
+ High levels of organization and attention to detail - you take ownership of customer situations and see everything through to resolution
+ Team player and passion for collaboration - this role will work with customers that require alignment across the broader Go to Market ecosystem including; Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Tech Services, Deal Strategy, Legal etc
+ Prior exposure to database, cloud and infrastructure technology is a plus
+ Fluent / Bi-lingual in German
**On a given day in this role you will**
+ Work as a strategic advisor to the customer - aligning not only to their MongoDB initiatives, but also their internal processes, and overall corporate strategy - to continually progress the partnership forward
+ Build pipeline through targeted, intentional, and quality customer interactions; effectively qualify customer needs through collaborative discovery to ensure the best proposed solution
+ Proactively identify, qualify and nurture relationships within your accounts to expand stakeholder footprint and elevate MDB as a strategic partner
+ Lead the sales and renewal process, from pricing and deal strategy to customer negotiation through to opportunity closure and implementation of solution
+ Drive value realization to ensure clients achieve expected or desired outcomes; verify that customer is using all features and capabilities of MongoDB solutions to gain tangible value and positive business outcomes
+ Execute on territory management & activity expectations, including ongoing tiering/prioritization of accounts, strategic account planning, and risk/deal reviews
+ Maintain SFDC hygiene, including opportunity management, next steps and close dates; meeting categorization; churn logging & risk tracking
+ Own and deliver an accurate forecast of your business week over week; quarter over quarter
+ Leverage data signals and proactive outreach to identify and address potential risk within your portfolio
+ Partner closely with MongoDB executives, product managers, and leadership to achieve positive customer outcomes
+ Contribute to the overall culture of skill development for the RAM organization - sharing best practices, cross-collaborating, and mentoring peers in the spirit of driving results and global team performance

**Position Overview**
As a Client Services Specialist, you will be a vital part of Autodesk's support, ensuring our customers' requests are actioned with care, and understanding. You will ensure that customer and partner problems are analyzed and resolved with the goal of creating an great customer experience in an environment of shared team knowledge. You will report to the Senior Manager Client Services. We value hybrid working and if you live near enough to one of our offices you are welcome to work there some or all of the time but remote working is also supported in Ireland, however, we would like you to join your team on a monthly basis to meet up.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure Autodesk customers have immediate access to all software products purchased which may include troubleshooting Autodesk back-office systems or using third-party tools to view customer's machine to determine the cause of access issues
+ Communicate with customers/partners across multiple systems; including phone, chat, and email (web and Outlook)
+ Ensure a high-level of customer and partner satisfaction.
+ Receive, investigate, and respond to support needs; including order processing and inquiries related to presales, product access, account sign-in, license fulfilment and other support requests
+ Provide information on Autodesk Account features and capabilities; conduct "how to" sessions with customers and partners
+ Be a subject matter expert as it relates to Autodesk policies, processes, and tools
+ Be responsible for initiatives related to partner enablement and partner effectiveness; including delivery of partner on-boarding and training, participation in internal and external forums and partner service reviews
+ Learn our internal systems that our partners and customers use to access our products and services. Knowledge of operating systems is a must for a Client Services role
+ Educate our customers and partners on resources available to self-serve. You will provide hands-on training, creating content, guiding via remote access, readiness call activities and delivering webinars
+ Liaise with sales teams to address customer related issues and order questions
+ Look for areas to improve both processes and systems and automated solutions
**Minimum qualifications**
+ You have great communication skills
+ You can identify trends and propose solutions to recurring problems
+ You have Microsoft Office Skills and like to learn about new platforms and tools
+ You enjoy working in a customer service role providing live support
+ You will work from **7am until 3.30pm / 9am to 5.30pm weekdays**
+ You are fluent in English and **German** and it would be great if you spoke one other European language (French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese)
