Start times vary between 5:00am and 8:00am, with limited PM shifts available for those who prefer later starts. Each working day begins by collecting your manifest and organising your deliveries before departure from the depot. This planning ensures a smoother and more efficient delivery route. To support your success, youll receive a comprehensive induction on your first day, followed by two weeks of shadowing with an experienced driver. Youll be confident driving on the left-hand side of the road in a right-hand steer vehicle and be comfortable with the physical nature of the role. Each route is designed to ensure manageable workloads and all deliveries are pre-labelled, giving you the structure and clarity to focus on great service. The interview process includes a driving assessment and a brief health screening form to ensure you're physically fit for the role.
