OFC Manager - Claremorris (Permanent Full Time) Location: Claremorris, Co. The Role: We are curren tly looking to recruit a Order Fulfillment Centre Manager to join our Warehouse division in OFC West Region, Co. Mayo. This role is permanent full time contract. The purpose of this role is to manage the Order Fulfilment Centre (OFC) facility, overseeing a team of employees, CE participants, TUS workers, and volunteers, in line with relevant employment legislation. The role also ensures that the OFC operations and fleet are fully compliant with Health & Safety regulations. Key responsibilities include coordinating the collection, sorting, and distribution of donated goods across the Region's Vincent's shops (13 currently) and some locations outside the region, as well as maintaining an effective in-stock service by product category to fulfil stock orders. Liase with all shop managers to ensure needs are met and full record keeping of all stock movements. Engage with an EPOS system to efficiently monitor pick ups and sales at each location. All duties must be carried out efficiently and in full compliance with the Society's retail standards, applicable legislation, and SVP policy and ethos. Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required Qualifications Leaving Certificate or equivalent Diploma or BSc in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (desirable) Experience 3-5 years managing a warehouse, distribution, and logistics function within a complex environment Experience managing warehouse and fleet operations in line with Health & Safety requirements Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs regularly Experience in producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports Knowledge Understanding of Health & Safety and Fleet Management legislation Awareness of the Society's mission and values Understanding of the issues faced by disadvantaged individuals and communities Skills Leadership: Ability to motivate, delegate, and inspire team performance Coaching: Skilled in teaching operational skills and mentoring others Performance Management: Able to monitor performance and escalate issues appropriately Communication: Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Empathy & Resilience: Patient, empathetic, and positive under pressure Relationship Building: Ability to foster strong cross-functional working relationships Organisation: Excellent planning and coordination skills Determination: Resilient with a proactive and problem-solving mindset IT Proficiency: Skilled in Excel, Word, EPOS, and Microsoft 365 The person must also demonstrate the following personal attributes: Be honest and trustworthy Be respectful Be flexible Demonstrate sound work ethics Confidentiality Other Full job description for this role and list of associated benefits can be found here: OFC Manager - Job Description Claremorris 07.25.pdf If you meet these requirements and have the desire to join one of Ireland's best known, trusted, and respected not-for-profit organisations please click 'Apply for this job'.
