Business Development Manager: Industrial Lubricants €55,000 - €5,000 base + 20% bonus, car or car allowance, pension, discounted healthcare, 25 days leave Location: Open - must be based in ROI and comfortable with national travel The Company Our client is a globally recognized manufacturer and market leader in high-performance lubricants, oils, synthetic fluids, and cleaners. The Role This is a field-based role selling the company's full portfolio of industrial fluid solutions across a nationwide territory. You will be selling into industrial end users across sectors such as manufacturing, metalworking, marine, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage. Key contacts include maintenance managers, engineers, and procurement teams. You will inherit a solid portfolio of accounts and will be responsible for managing and developing those relationships while identifying and winning new business. This is a strategic and consultative sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys solution-led selling and autonomy in their day-to-day role. The Person You must have experience selling to industrial end users. Ideally, you will come from a background in oils, lubricants, coolants or similar industrial consumables. However, candidates from other technical B2B field sales backgrounds within industrial or manufacturing markets will also be considered. A strong commercial mindset, high levels of self-motivation, and the ability to work independently are essential.
