Duties
CRM Strategy & Execution
Own and optimise the Salesforce CRM platform, to support marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Marketing automation inc. mail campaign management with Salesforce Pardot
Develop segmentation strategies and personalised communication flows to improve customer engagement.
- Manage CRM data hygiene, reporting, and analytics to provide timely, consumable and actionable campaign optimization insights based on campaign analysis.
Marketing Campaigns
Collaborate with content, digital, and performance marketing teams to design and execute multi-channel campaigns.
Use CRM including Pardot and other platforms insights to inform campaign targeting, messaging, and performance tracking.
Develop and coordinate online and offline marketing material (email, collaterals, presentations) by working closely with investments experts and digital specialists.
E-mail Marketing
- Partner with the product and content team to support product launch and update, pre-event outreach, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up using Salesforce Pardot, building automated workflows for event registration, reminders, and lead nurturing.
Funnel Content & Lead Progression
Use CRM and Pardot data and behavioural insights to move leads from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL).
Work closely with the content manager to develop and manage content tailored to different personas and stages of the sales and marketing funnel.
Collaborate with sales and content teams to ensure the right messaging reaches the right audience at the right time.
Help to manage day to day communications with selected providers (web agencies, advertising agencies, translation agencies, design consultancies etc.) and help source additional external providers for specific needs when required
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams in Ireland, Italy, Germany and Spain to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
Train and support internal stakeholders on CRM best practices and usage.
Reporting & Optimisation
Monitor KPIs such as customer lifetime value, retention, and campaign ROI.
