Job Description
As a 360 Machine Operative you will be responsible for tasks including; the loading and unloading of containers and curtain siders, recycling sorting, conducting machine checks, using plant machinery such as a Fork Lift, Loading shovel or 360 Excavator (as appropriate) and ensuring good site housekeeping.
Key accountabilities: To undertake the operation of mobile plant as directed by the site manager.
To be able to operate to a good standard a 360 material rehandler tracked and wheeled To be able to operate to a good standard a loading shovel, wheeled front loader To ensure the mobile plant he is operating undergoes an inspection prior to use with any defects or damage reported to the site manager and noted on the daily check sheet.
To ensure Mobile plant is greased all radiators blown clean of dust, and all oil levels maintained in accordance with company/manufacturers procedures.
To ensure machine is operated responsibly and only used for the tasks it is designed to carry out.
To communicate with colleagues to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the facility.
To read, understand and follow all risk assessments, work procedures and safe systems of work.
To ensure Mobile plant is washed off at the end of each shift.
To carry out tasks other than machine operation as requested by management.
Experience and Skills: NPORS certification for operating relevant machinery (essential).
High level of operational competence in heavy machinery handling.
Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work flexibly and take on additional non-machine tasks when required.
Attention to detail in inspections, reporting, and maintenance.
Responsible and safe approach to equipment operation.

Reporting ALL Near Misses and any Incidents immediately to the Shift Supervisor Ensuring all designated walkways and operational areas are kept free from obstacles and debris Compliance with Environment Agency site permit.
Compliance with all legislation applicable to the operation.
Compliance with all company processes & procedures.
Once fully trained you will be required to support the Onsite Team during periods of Preventative Maintenance of all plant, mobile plant and equipment.
Plant, Equipment, Mobile Plant & Operational Areas will require outstanding housekeeping standards Ensure an outstanding level of housekeeping is achieved and maintained across the facility.
Maintain a high-quality standard of hygiene and housekeeping in the welfare facilities.
Carry out Safety, Defect Checks prior to the use of any Machinery, Equipment and Mobile Plant including attachments.
Unloading and loading of vehicles that require the use of Mobile Plant/FLT Carry out activities around the site that require the use of Mobile Plant/FLT Supporting the Team with the segregation and sorting of materials to maximise the recovery value for the Business Identify any non-conforming material that is being tipped on site as part of a load and report it immediately to the Shift Supervisor

The role will be responsible for all procedures and processes associated with the manufacture of Commercial Large-Scale Drug Substance at the manufacturing facility.
The role will be responsible for the preparation, operation and monitoring of equipment, use of business systems and carrying out tasks including but not limited to the cleaning, validation, in-process testing and basic maintenance of equipment in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (c GMPs).
Duties: Work with the manufacturing operations group, project design team, the CQV team, the Automation/CSV reps to facilitate the development and validation of the manufacturing facility.
Support Equipment Design/ HAZOP and Room programming reviews.
Support Operations team to consistently deliver on specific area Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), e.g., EHS metrics, Production Plan, OEE, compliance and team training.
Execute commercial manufacturing processes according to established work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
Generate SOPS/Electronic Batch Records.
Adhere to Right First-Time principals.
Education and Experience: Experience in a GMP Manufacturing environment required.
Level 7 qualification in a science or engineering discipline.
Understanding of Drug Substance Manufacturing Operations beneficial.
