**The Opportunity**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Principal Analyst to join our Sales Operations team, focusing on the Middle of Funnel processes and systems across Global Sales and Partnerships. You will lead global large scale projects, enhance forecasting and pipeline management, and optimize processes to drive revenue growth. This role includes the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to align and drive successful outcomes.
We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model.
**As a Principal Sales Operations Analyst, you will:**
+ Support the development and execution of Middle of Funnel operations strategy across Sales, Partnerships, and Marketplace sales motions
+ Understands the end-to-end global sales process, opportunity workflows, CPQ, handoff from acquisition (hunter) to growth (farmer) Sales teams, handoffs from Sales to support teams, customer journey, upsell and renewal motions, enterprise sales motions and the buyer journey
+ Own development of global sales processes for GTM teams and implementation of sophisticated systems and solutions that enable scalability
+ Collaborate with business analytics, sales leadership leadership to own improving forecasting, sales activity tracking, and pipeline management
+ Assist in establishing governance frameworks to ensure process consistency and performance
+ Work with CRM-Tech teams to align on strategic goals and support scalable system development from requirements gathering to oversight of UAT, signoff and rollout of new products within the GTM tools ecosystem
+ Analyze sales processes end-to-end and propose solutions to optimize efficiency
+ Manage multiple large scale global project implementations, ensuring successful execution across regions
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and business transformations
**The Ideal Candidate is/has**
+ Bachelor's Degree (Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, etc.)
+ 7+ years of work experience in either Sales Strategy / Consulting / Sales Operations / Project Management / Analytics
+ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and propose solutions that improve efficiency
+ Proven track record of driving process improvement and optimizing sales operations
+ Experience managing and implementing multiple projects at a global level, with the ability to coordinate efforts across regions and teams
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and gain alignment on priorities
+ Deep experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and familiarity with connected sales tools
+ Experience in a consumption/pay-as-you-go business model is a plus
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the scaling of operational processes
+ Fluent in English
+ Preference for EMEA Dublin or Barcelona - Hybrid model

Our Sales Operations organization is responsible for building the ultimate go-to-market engine to connect our solutions with customer needs at scale. As a Sales Strategy & Operations Associate, you will be partnering with senior sales executives to crack the most important strategic topics in the sales organization, driving revenue growth and improving sales productivity and customer value. The Associate is also responsible for leading, executing and scaling operational and planning processes (e.g. building sales territories, setting sales targets) in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Finance).
The Associate should have strong strategic mindset and communications skills and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive critical business decisions. The candidate should also be able to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information, be open minded to challenge the status quo and work on a rapidly changing organization while inspiring excellence from himself/herself and business partners.
**Responsibilities** :
+ Lead and provide recommendations on a variety of decision-making projects that will shape LinkedIn's future go-to-market model
+ Act like an owner in driving strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations (e.g. customer segmentation, headcount, financial and territory planning, quota setting)
+ Track business performance and provide insights and recommendations to advise sales leadership on forecasting
+ Lead operational processes of the sales organization, such as: quota management, territory allocation, audits, report and dashboard development
+ Establish strong working relationships with peers in other Sales Operations teams and cross functional partners (business operations, sales leadership, compensation, finance and systems teams) to achieve objectives
**Basic Qualifications** :
+ 2+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, sales operations, business operations, or an analytical/operational role
+ 2+ years of experience with Excel, SQL and PowerPoint
**Preferred Qualifications** :
+ Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision making
+ BA/BS degree
+ Experience in communicating effectively and present to Senior Executives
+ Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders
+ Experience in working with Tableau and/or Presto
+ Motivation to stand out from the crowd, disrupting the norm to help the business win
+ Ability to effectively solve complex problems from high priority strategic initiatives

We are currently recruiting for a brand new **Business Development Manager (Field Based)** in **Republic of Ireland** to join **Abbott** **Rapid Diagnostics Infectious Diseases Division (ARDx).** This is a field based high level and strategic sales role that will focus on pulling together Secondary Care Hospitals, Community and Private Healthcare Providers to ensure Abbott Rapid Diagnostics (ARDx) leads in Point of Care provision.
**Territory** : Republic of Ireland
**What You'll Do**
This is a key role within the team, as managing the business across a growing division requiring excellent communication, planning, prioritisation and relationship building both internally and externally. More specifically:
+ Producing strategic business planning
+ Implement business strategy to align & partner with the Private Sector & Secondary Care to maximise sales and growth of the portfolio
+ Achieve target and deliver revenues
+ Proactively work across different levels of stakeholders
+ Provide regular timely forecasts of performance, product demand, expenditure
+ Lead & initiate projects
**Profile**
+ Degree or higher in Business, Biological Science or related field
+ Significant diagnostics or medical devices industry and sales experience, preferably
+ Thorough knowledge and experience of the healthcare industry
+ Consistent track record of achieving profitable growth
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to achieve results through influencing other
