Job Title: Skilled General Operative Location: On the road mostly Cork based with some travelling Pay:€34,000 €41,000 per year Hours: Full-Time, Permanent Benefits: Company Pension Company Van (once fully trained) Company Phone Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Glass & Film Installation Specialistto join our team.
The role involves the installation of solar film on glass, manifestations and graphics on glass, and furniture wrapping.
Experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
Attention to detail is crucial, including precise measuring, cutting, and delivering neat, tidy craftsmanship.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fit-out, workshop tasks, and general labouring.
Adaptability is essential, as our work takes place on various sites including pharma, commercial, and domestic installs.
Key Responsibilities: Work independently as well as part of a team Follow plans and timelines accurately Complete daily checklists and maintain job notes in the company app Maintain stock levels Experience of working on sites is an advantage Qualifications & Requirements: Full Drivers License Safe Pass & Manual Handling MEWP Certificate (a bonus) If youre a skilled, detail-oriented installer looking for a hands-on role with variety and excellent benefits, we want to hear from you!

**As a Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will be partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to identify, attract and hire top talent to support Stryker's Supply Chain, HR, Engineering & Finance functions in EMEA. This is a full-cycle recruitment role within our Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (COE).**

**Full cycle recruitment responsibilities from initial Intake Meeting with the Hiring Manager through to presenting offers and initiating contract creation & onboarding activities via HR colleagues.**
**Facilitate Intake Meetings with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, devise and implement effective internal & external sourcing strategies and agree the interview & selection approach for the role.**
**Articulate a compelling career opportunity and advertise the vacancy, leveraging the Stryker Careers Site, job boards, social media channels, referrals and targeted engagement strategies to attract high quality, diverse candidate applications.**
**Conduct initial screens with candidates to assess technical skills & cultural fit and excite them about the opportunities available at Stryker.**
**Shortlist high quality candidates and manage them through the interview, assessment and selection process, delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout.**
**Present offers to successful candidates.**
**Manage requisition lifecycle in ATS (Workday) with high accuracy and timeliness to ensure data integrity.**

**4+ years of work experience required.**
**2+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred.**
