**Position Purpose:**
To provide a high level of professional customer service to SRCL clients and general administrative support to transport and site operations. To ensure all driver daily activities are closed out on SteriWorks accurately, paperwork filed for future inspection and contribute to the overall team and department success.
**Key Job Activities:**
Provide effective customer service to SRCL customers.
Administration support to the transport and operations department.
Validation of route sheets and ADR's against SteriWorks.
Manage unbilled for all routes on a daily basis: generate, investigate and amend accordingly.
Generate the daily route Logs and fill in relevant information for discrepancies.
Deal with all calls, bookings and waste transfer notes (a regulatory piece of paperwork that is required for all pickups of medical / chemical waste).
Answering phone calls.
Responding to queries.
Communicating with drivers.
Printing tags.
Sending out stock items to clients.
Look after home patient contracts - Baxter / VHI / Hibernian/ Fannin Healthcare.
Setting up new home patients.
Ringing SQ clients to confirm collection requirements.
Ringing Oncall/ No waste SQ clients.
Willing to support other team members if and when needed, by prioritising backlog in the Transport office.
**Education:**
Required Education: High School or equivalent
University/college education or equivalent experience.
**Experience (EMEAA):**
Required Years of Experience: 2+ years
Preferred Experience: Good knowledge & understanding.
Previous experience in a customer service business.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communicator.
Provide excellent customer service at all times and customer focused is essential.
Ability to work without supervision.
Ability to manage time and complete multi tasks in line with timescales.
Good people skills with the ability to build up relationships both internally and externally.
Team player, able to work effectively under pressure and who is looking for a challenge.
Good knowledge of information technology especially CRM tool, Microsoft Office and Steripoint.

The AWS Transportation Procurement team is looking for a results-oriented individual to own freight rate sourcing and contracting for the AWS. Our Transportation Managers are experts in the logistics industry who ensure a continuity of the supply that helps drive the explosive growth of AWS.
As a member of the Procurement Operations Team, you will manage contracted rates, launch sourcing events, and negotiate with Logistics Service Providers across the global AWS Transportation Network. This role's primary responsibilities are cost controllership and cost reporting, while also ensuring capacity on a global scale for AWS Transportation and working with our internal customers and business partners to understand and deliver on transportation needs.
Key job responsibilities
Major Responsibilities:
· Partner with your team to oversee sourcing events and assist in the launching of RFP's, develop analytical models / automation efforts while overseeing their continuous innovation and communication to both your operations & other business partners
· Manage the data integrity and accuracy of the transportation rate card across a global network and multiple modes of transportation
· Create a "learn by doing" environment by engaging with internal and external business partners to promote and encourage continued customer focus and cost reduction
· Benchmark rate information versus historic pricing and versus competition
· Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in accurately managing the rate card and vendor submissions accordingly
· Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations.
· Analyze and solve business problems at their root.

Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related
3+ year of experience in supply chain management, global transportation, and data interpretation of business impact and results
3+ year of experience with Excel advanced tools (pivots, lookups, etc.)
Knowledge of Freight rates and pricing structures across multiple modes of transportation
Preferred Qualifications
· Proven experience within a Logistics, Transportation, or Distribution Center processes and systems
· Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis combined with proven ability to communicate those analysis
· Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions
· Manage and prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, growing and ambiguous environment
· Solid Project Management Skills
· Experience working with Coupa Sourcing Optimization and/or Coupa Sourcing
· Basic experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, Tableau, MSAccess, Essbase and/or Cognos) and other financial systems such (i.e. Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

Responsibilities:

+ Coordinates with PPDST and Asset Strategy Teams to leverage data insights and align brand strategies with asset developments.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Science plus business and product management in Life Science; MBA or higher education desirable
+ 5 - 7 years experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Product Development, and / or Financial Management ideally gained in a complex matrixed environment.
+ Pharmaceutical industry experience a distinct advantage.
+ Project management and strategic execution with financial responsibilities and cross-departmental collaboration, including pipeline supply management is essential.
+ Proven experience leading, motivating and influencing teams and fostering collaboration across organizational boundaries.
+ Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders/partners.
