As a Process Engineer Lead Dosimetry you will lead a team of professionals, technical and/or administrative staff. You will mentor, coach, and coordinate.
You will execute highly complex or specialized projects.
Responsibilities:
Oversee, analyze, and report on production line performance, proactively spotting issues that could hinder efficiency. Utilize structured problem-solving techniques to tackle challenges and improve quality and output in your designated areas.
Develop specifications and operational guidelines for processing equipment, ensuring that the correct sequence of operations is followed.
Diagnose and resolve engineering challenges associated with processes or equipment currently in use.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in processes and procedures.
Take the lead on corrective and preventive actions, as well as managing investigations related to process performance.
May oversee technical personnel, providing mentorship and guidance to both direct reports and junior staff. Identify essential skills within the team and conduct gap analyses to support development plans and succession strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
NFQ Level 7 Qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, or a related discipline.
At least 4 years of relevant work experience or a comparable blend of education and professional experience in engineering.
Proficient in analyzing data, discussing insights, and resolving intricate analytical issues.
Ability to identify negative trends and emerging challenges effectively.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities will be considered a significant advantage.
A proactive and innovative approach to tasks is necessary.
Familiarity with electron beam, gamma, or other sterilization technologies is preferred.
Experience in chemistry, microbiology, or dosimetry laboratory work is advantageous.

**About the role:**
The Compliance & Risk Officer is responsible for overseeing UKG's global payroll function to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines. This individual contributor position involves assessing and mitigating payroll risks, developing compliance policies and procedures, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance payroll processes and systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure payroll practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Responsible for managing overall SOC-1 business control framework and relevant aspects of the SOC-2 and ISO framework.
- Review and continuously improve our control SOC controls, implementing new controls that add value to our processes and our customers and training Operations teams.
- Driving the automation of our controls to ensure continuous improvement in compliance and reporting.
- Manage internal and external audit process.
- Coordination with CIO to manage dependencies between IT and Business Controls.
- Coordination with centralized Enterprise Risk, Compliance and Legal teams to manage dependencies and proactively mitigate risk

- Drive and support the monitoring and tracking of client funds, to ensure clear visibility re status of funds in flight.
- Develop and oversee enhanced processes in relation to receipting, reporting and risk management in respect of client funds.
- Identify and implement other compliance and control frameworks that drive value to our customers and the OneView organisation.
- Continuous assessment, management and reporting on key risks on OneView Operations Risk Register.
- Develop and maintain payroll compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Identify, analyze, and assess payroll risks, including fraud prevention.
- Implement controls and processes to minimize payroll-related risks.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of payroll processes and systems.
- Prepare and present payroll compliance reports to senior management.
- Lead investigations into payroll discrepancies or compliance issues.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness within the payroll department.
- Facilitate training sessions on payroll compliance for internal stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**

**About the role:**
As a Lead Detection Engineer, you will be part of UKG's Global Security Detection Engineering team. This global team is responsible for detecting and responding to sophisticated cyber threats and attacks. In your role you will leverage a variety of tools and resources to proactively detect, investigate, and respond to emerging and/or persistent threats impacting UKG and/or its customers.
**Responsibilities:**
+ You will be providing hands-on solutions, customization and tuning, automation, and use case development for the SIEM, SOAR, and other stakeholder requirements for threat informed defense strategies
+ You will support leading production level projects to completion as a contributor and a collaborator between multiple stakeholder teams including the Security Operations Center (SOC), Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, and Incident Response
+ You will be working on a globally distributed team and expected to create and present strategies, technical plans, and architecture to audiences of technical and executive leadership levels when asked.
+ You will also maintain existing internal code, use cases, and further extend SIEM and SOAR integrations aligned to the Detection Engineering program efforts
+ You will design and engineer Security Operations focused integrations and automations including diagrams, documentation, and threat modeling of what is built
+ You will support the Director of Detection Engineering in directly enhancing the strategic capabilities of the program through complex technical projects
**Qualifications:**
+ The ability to lead complex projects, other team members, and support building strategic and technical initiatives
+ 7+ years of security and hands on technical automation experience, with 5 or more of those years focused on creating use cases and detection focused automation
+ 5-7 years of operational experience working directly with or in security operational teams including: SOC, Threat Intelligence , and Incident Response
+ Deep understanding of SOC, SIEM, and other engineering best practices, limitations, and ways of extending or customizing threat detection automation related use cases
+ Demonstratable hands-on skills in a major scripting/programming language or a search query language for use in security operations and threat detection
+ Experience with a major public cloud service provider (CSP) preferred
+ Splunk Cloud ES and Splunk SOAR (Phantom) Experience highly preferred

What we are looking for:
This passionate company is expanding and searching for motivated, talented and driven Lead Product Manger to join our growing team. Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and management of our Global Time and Pay solutions within the UKG suite, as well as oversee product infrastructure within our Pro WFM Suite. This role is pivotal in driving product strategy, execution, and innovation to deliver exceptional value to our customers. You will lead a team of Product Managers, coaching and developing them to identify, design, deliver, and optimize solutions for products used by millions of global employees each month.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for Global Time and Pay solutions and Pro WFM Suite.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives.
Identify opportunities for partnership to enhance suite capabilities.
Product Development and Management:
Define strategy and collaborate with senior sales roles to ensure alignment with Go-to-Market strategy.
Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of new features and enhancements with a specific focus on Time/Workforce Management (WFM) and Payroll.
Domain expertise in WFM and Payroll is highly advantageous.
Prioritize product backlog and manage the product roadmap to ensure timely delivery of high-impact solutions.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership and Development:
Coach and build out a team of Product Managers to optimize processes and maximize performance.
Balance between coaching and contributing as a product lead for cross-functional development teams.
Foster team collaboration, continuous improvement, and represent the voice of the customer.
Customer Engagement and Advocacy:
Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring product alignment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Attend and present at UKG customer and industry events.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions to promote product understanding and adoption.
Align to suite-wide strategy for Time and Pay to ensure cohesive experiences for customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, preferably within HR, payroll, or workforce management solutions.
Previous experience leading product management team with a track record of developing and coaching employees.
Strong understanding of Time and Pay processes and technologies.
Previous experience in a domestic suite of Time and Pay products is an advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
