As an Operations Quality Engineer you will Analyse quality standards for components, materials or services. Apply measures, sampling methods, testing methodology and other procedures that ensure that quality standards are met. Provide Quality expertise and guidance to Manufacturing/Operations, Technical/Product Test and Incoming Materials to support the manufacture and delivery of quality and compliant products on time, in full and cost effectively to meet the needs of the business and customers.

+ Report on and support the implementation of actions to reduce the occurrence/reoccurrence of non-conformances within Manufacturing, Product Test and Incoming Material and initiating Exception Reports for discrepancies observed during inspection / testing & review activities.
+ Present and communicate status, report metrics, identify trends potential issues, improvement initiatives and CAPA requirements.
+ Investigating customer complaints and forwarding reports to PQA group and responsible for maintaining Corrective and Preventive Action programs.
+ Responsible for maintaining an appropriate balance of quality, compliance and business risk and responsible for ensuring teams use appropriate risk management tools to prioritize certain activities and justify the level of effort required.
+ Monitor and maintain the quality and compliance status of associated quality records and ensure project teams maintain project records in compliance with Quality System and planned requirements.
+ Support DMR change control and calibration activities.
**Qualifications and Experience**
+ Minimum NFQ Level 7 Qualification in Engineering or Manufacturing qualification
+ 3 years in a Manufacturing / Science or Engineering environment
+ GMP/GDP experience
+ ISO 13485 experience
+ Yellow belt qualification desired.

**About the Role**
As the Site Administrator at the Littleconnell Brewery, you will work closely with the site leadership team to ensure to smooth day-to-day running of the site.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Develop the key department administration processes and continuously review best admin. practice by building a cross functional network across site.
+ Set-up vendors on the internal purchasing system and raise purchase orders as and when requested
+ Create and circulate daily/monthly reports as required.
+ Upload all documentation onto the quality management system and maintain document control for the site.
+ Generate a schedule of audits of the site systems and coordinate audit findings
+ Assist with event planning and coordination of meetings as and when required. Assist with travel bookings & arrangements.
+ Assist with the coordination of wellness, diversity, and charity initiatives.
**About you**
You'll be an experience administrative professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently liaise with senior stakeholders.
In addition, you'll be able to demonstrate the following:
+ Knowledge of SAP, COUPA and other HR/PO systems (preferred)
+ High-level computer skills and highly computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office packages
+ Able to demonstrate influencing skills and management of multiple priorities.
+ Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure all administrative work is delivered effectively
+ Flexibility in terms of attitude and work practices
+ Experience in production/manufacturing environment and basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices would be beneficial.

As a CAPA Engineer you will facilitate and execute the CAPA process. You will also support continuous improvement and effective maintenance of the QMS. Ensure the use of appropriate risk management tools to prioritise activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Participate in the completion of CAPA projects, ensuring compliance, and quality of records.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams using various methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma root cause analysis/problem solving skills).
+ Independently investigate, gathers data, and perform preliminary analysis.
+ Process requests, ensuring owners are assigned, and timely responses and approvals are provided in alignment with quality goals.
+ Identify trends potential issues, improvement initiatives.

+ Min of 4 years experience in Engineering/Manufacturing/Scientific environment.
+ Previous CAPA and/or qualityassurance/engineering experience.
+ Ability to demonstrated use of quality tools/methodologies.
+ Prior medical device experience preferred.
+ Knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulations (21 CFR Part 820), GMP, and ISO 13485: 2016.

Abbott Diabetes Care has opened a new site, in Kilkenny, that is at the forefront of Diabetes care with the latest technology, to manufacture FreeStyle blood glucose test strips and FreeStyle Sensors for use in diabetes management. Among Abbott Diabetes Care leading brands are the FreeStyle Precision, FreeStyle Lite and FreeStyle Libre systems.
**This is how you can make a difference at Abbott:**
As a Quality Technician you will be responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system. Ensure the area is compliant to site and divisional policies and procedures. Support the building and maintenance of successful cross functional relationships with departments such as R&D, Technical, Engineering, Operations and Regulatory Affairs in order to achieve all operational goals. This is a shift based role on 4 cycle shift.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Maintainthe effectiveness of the Quality System
+ Ensure the site provides safe and effective products that meet customer needs while maintaining compliance.
+ Assist engineering in collecting, compiling, measuring, and recording data.
+ Support continuous improvement through continuous maintenance of the quality management systems.
+ Maintain the quality and compliance of associated quality records.
+ Raise any Quality / Compliance issues.
+ Present and communicate status, report metrics, identify potential issues, and improvement initiatives, as applicable.
+ Ensure audit readiness tasks are actioned within area of responsibility.
+ Identify projects to enhance the effectiveness and effectiveness of the quality system and product quality.
+ Support Operations to make Quality / Compliance decisions on product during processing, manufacturing, and testing.
**Qualifications and Experience**
+ Minimum NFQ Level 6 Qualification in Engineering, Science or Manufacturing qualification
+ Minimum 2 years experience in food/medical/pharmaceutical industry
+ Strong communication
+ Strong attention to detail.
