You will be tasked with Sampling and Testing a range of construction material products from quarries and manufacturing plants including Aggregates, Asphalt, Lime, Ready-mix, Steel Products and Insulation Products. You will be responsibility for Quality control of all Products and will take responsibility for all certification are maintained within current legislation. This is a full-time position based in County Cork and within easy commute of Macroom, Killarney and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with external auditing Bodies such as NSAI, BBA and CARES
- Process and review customer approvals of Concrete & Asphalt mix designs and set up Concrete & Asphalt mixes to enable them to be batched.
- Provide support to Sales, Technical and Operations Staff.
- Maintain quality reports as required by management.
- Ensure full compliance with internal and external quality management systems.
- Ensure that all Health and Safety & Environmental Management System are fully adhered to.
Experiences, Salary & qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience specifically in a Civil Engineering or construction quality-based position.
- A recognised third level qualification in Civil Engineering, Concrete Technology & Quality Management is desirable.
- Company vehicle.
- Base salary in the region of €50 - €55,000.

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated experienced Environmental Engineer, ideally with background in wastewater, to join our team to work on projects in Ireland and internationally. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of water quality and environmental surveys, the development of environmental assessment (modelling) tools, and the delivery of assessment reports to clients and stakeholders. The candidate will deliver assessments of the impacts of wastewater infrastructure on receiving waters. The role will also involve contributing to the delivery of wastewater infrastructure projects.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing summary reports on wastewater infrastructure and environmental data.
- Preparing preliminary dispersion models and mass balance models of fluvial, lacustrine and marine receiving waters.
- Preparing Technical Specifications and Contract Documents to procure survey and modelling services
- Coordinating the delivery of environmental surveys with 3rd party surveyors
- Coordinating the delivery of water quality models and associated modelling reports with 3rd party modelling experts
- Developing detailed project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered within budget and on schedule.
- Monitoring and controlling project costs, including tracking expenses and managing change orders.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and implementing effective risk management strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in water science/engineering,

They are seeking an experienced professional to join their team as Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability Lead, playing a key role in developing and enhancing a robust Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework aligned with evolving regulatory and ESG expectations.
What's Involved:
- Support the Head of TPRM in the design and delivery of the organisation's TPRM strategy and roadmap.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the TPRM governance framework to ensure alignment with Irish and EU regulatory standards, including EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, DORA, GDPR, and CBI Outsourcing Requirements.
- Provide leadership and coaching to a high-performing team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Conduct regulatory horizon scanning to identify and assess emerging developments in third-party risk and operational resilience.
- Embed ESG principles into third-party onboarding, due diligence, and monitoring processes, ensuring compliance with sustainability policies and ethical sourcing standards.
- Collaborate with Legal, IT Security, Risk, and Business Units to ensure consistent and cohesive third-party risk practices across the organisation.
What You Need:
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in Third-Party Risk Management or Operational Risk, ideally within a regulated financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of relevant Irish and EU regulatory frameworks, including EBA, DORA, GDPR, and CBI requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop team members.
- Expertise in regulatory engagement and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

Due to continued growth, Enva are now recruiting a Environmental Project Engineer to assist in the management of operations of a portfolio of existing projects and to support the ongoing growth of the division. The role offers significant potential for rapid personal growth and development.
This role may suit an engineering or agricultural/environmental science graduate with 2- 3 years' experience in the workforce, looking to work within the water or wastewater sector, agricultural, environmental consulting and contracting sector or the waste sector.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Assist project manager in all duties required to safely, compliantly and profitably manage the daily operations,
- Liaise with clients, contractors, regulatory bodies and other stake holder, monitor projects budgets and programmes,
- Operations supervision and management, management of sub-contractors
- Environmental monitoring (e.g. sampling and analysis)
- Assist in day to day management of key client contacts, completing project reports and keeping clients up to date as operations progress
- Problem solving
Technical
- Environmental and Agronomic planning and reporting e.g. Nutrient Management Planning, environmental monitoring
- Designing and drafting applications for appropriate permissions, waste licences and planning applications
- Specify and procure plant and machinery and equipment
Business Development
- Support in developing the sales pipeline, meeting and developing opportunities with new prospects and existing clients,
R&D
- Research and support new initiatives, processes and technologies to maintain Enva Environmental services position as an innovator and a forward thinker in this space
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
- Strong engineering (civil, environmental, chemical, mechanical) Science, Agricultural or Environmental primary degree
- 0-3 years' experience in the engineering, environmental science, waste industry an advantage.
- Agricultural knowledge and experience beneficial
- Good report writing skills, proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong research and reporting skills
- Experience managing plant and equipment beneficial
- Experience using Autocad and Arc GIS
- Experience in environmental monitoring and reporting beneficial
- Ability to quickly understand the technical and operational issues facing the Environmental Services Sector
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships within the existing team and amongst clients
- Strong drive, self-starter and ambition to grow a business and a team
- Full, clean driving license essential
- Flexible for nationwide travel
