Main Location:Ballyboughal, Co. Dublin Normal Hours: Monday and Wednesday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with a one-hour unpaid break. However, flexibility is required to meet the demands of the business. Education one day a week on Tuesday online/onsite. Role Overview Aramex are delighted to partner with the Logistics Associate Apprenticeship to give the opportunity to a strong candidate to join our team in various areas of the business. Becoming an apprentice with Aramex will develop an individuals experience and advance skills required in this progressive industry. The apprenticeship will benefit the individual by experiencing daily tasks, projects while putting practical experience to use from academic education with TU Dublin City. This 2-year apprenticeship is standards-based, comprising of 1-day release to 3rd Level education during regular college semesters, culminating in annual examinations leading to a QQI Level 6 Higher Certificate in Logistics. Logistics Administration Main Responsibilities To act as key contact for logistics accounts To assist as required with the receipt, storage, picking, wrapping, quality checking and dispatch of all goods, which pass through the warehouse or are handled by Aramex. Communicate with customers on stock levels and management of stock. Assist with the sorting/organising of incoming stock arrivals. Review of weekly audits and promotion of safe working practices. Build strong customer relations and aim to exceed expectations. Other ad-hoc and admin duties as required. Road Freight Main Responsibilities Manage several key customers accounts. Proactively liaise with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure a high-quality service. Schedule drivers and vehicles to meet customer bookings. Deal with customer queries in a professional manner. Issue customer quotations and conversions into bookings. Other ad-hoc and admin duties as required. Sea/Air Freight Main Responsibilities Receiving and processing bookings from import and export clients. Check rates/costs at time of booking receipt to ensure accuracy at the time of booking. Organise transport on collection/delivery of all sea freight shipments as required. Create quotation/booking and convert to shipment on Aramex system for all import / export Maintain up to date visibility on all shipments throughout transit. Checking and issuing necessary documentation, sending draft documents to clients for approval. Proactive and effective resolution of all operational problems/invoice queries to maintain high customer service levels aligned to SOP/SLA agreements. Other Ad Hoc administrative duties as needed Required skills and experience Positive attitude and a genuine interest in the transport and logistics trade Focused approach. Strong Customer service ethic. Self-motivated with good communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative. Pro-active attitude with a strong attention to detail. Geo Data Operations is looking to add a Logistics Compliance team member. You will be the sole IE based compliance team member, working on a team with other compliance analysts globally in support of the Street View program. This is a fast paced, innovative, collaborative environment and this Compliance role is in the critical path for much of the program's operations.
Who We Are Looking For:
The logistics compliance analyst we are looking for is self motivated and can manage their workload independently. They will be comfortable working in a non-traditional office environment connected to a hardware shop. The right candidate will be process driven, systems level thinker, curious about learning new things and have the ability to push themselves beyond expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Help process the Move Order Requests (MORs), which are placed from various warehouses across a number of locations
? Review and ensure that all commercial documents in connection with the MORs are in place and compliant with shipping practices
? Creation of manual trade documents as needed
? Maintain brokerage & transportation performance reports, and report transportation cost as requested
? Review and approve commercial invoices generated for order types
? Coordinate and resolve, or escalate to manager, any inbound international shipments stuck at customs
? Carry out emerging markets research to determine shipping and compliance regulations in new locations
? Provide location code management using internal tools
? Manage the process of receiving MORs and other requests to confirmation of delivery by carriers
? Review requests via internal systems to ensure correct entities, incoterms etc are used. Update Order Form status for non inventory shipments
? Work with clients to meet agreed delivery schedules and create plans to support on time delivery
? Work with internal Logistics Analyst teams to plan for and execute new projects
? Monitor order backlog to identify potential problem orders and initiate corrective actions
? Manage Dangerous Goods and Hazardous shipments globally by providing guidance and approval for all DG related shipments
? Process and manage ATA Carnets globally
Qualifications:
? Excellent knowledge of international shipping procedures and trade documents
? Prior professional experience in logistics and/or compliance roles
? Expert knowledge of: Forward, Reverse, and Third Party Logistics (3PL) workflows, Commercial invoice forms, SLI's, packing list, shipper's export declarations, import duties and tax assessments, temporary importations

3+ year of experience in supply chain management, global transportation, and data interpretation of business impact and results
3+ year of experience with Excel advanced tools (pivots, lookups, etc.)
Knowledge of Freight rates and pricing structures across multiple modes of transportation
Preferred Qualifications
· Proven experience within a Logistics, Transportation, or Distribution Center processes and systems
· Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis combined with proven ability to communicate those analysis
· Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions
· Manage and prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, growing and ambiguous environment
· Solid Project Management Skills
· Experience working with Coupa Sourcing Optimization and/or Coupa Sourcing
· Basic experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, Tableau, MSAccess, Essbase and/or Cognos) and other financial systems such (i.e. Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

We are looking for a Logistics and Administrative Coordinator to join our Medical Device Client's (GMP accredited manufacturer) This hybrid role combines logistics coordination with general office administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the R&D function. Responsibilities Daily Responsibilities Arrange and coordinate domestic and international shipments, including booking, documentation and tracking. Prepare and verify shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations. Ensure all shipping activities comply with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, MDR, ISO 13485). Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant deliveries. Maintain accurate shipping records and support audits and inspections. Track and monitor shipments, proactively resolving any delays or issues. Provide administrative support to the R&D team, including document management, meeting and vendor coordination. Assist with onboarding logistics for new team members and support general office operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and Customer Service. Identify and implement process improvements in logistics and office operations. Perform other duties as directed by the manager or as required to support the business. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Office Administration, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, shipping, or office administration, preferably within the medical devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector. Understanding of shipping regulations, documentation, and international trade compliance. Familiarity with quality and regulatory standards such as ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and GDP. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
