Co-produce clear, meaningful goals with service users ahead of planning meetings. Occupational Therapy Assessment* - Undertake appropriate and holistic occupational therapy assessments using validated tools appropriate to the population. Use multiple data sources: validated assessment tools, record reviews, working directly with the person (direct and indirect observation), functional task analysis, self-report interviews and surveys with person and other stakeholders where appropriate. Analyse and synthesise findings into an occupational formulation. Summarise the results of clinical assessments in professional and accessible reports in line with professional standards and the intended audience (plain English / Easy Read where needed). Implementation Support & Capacity Building:* Present recommendations in professional, practical and accessible plans and procedures in line with professional standards and the intended audience procedures (e.g., step-by-step guides, visuals, Easy Reads). Support staff to implement recommended interventions using a combination of formal training / instruction and side-by-side coaching, modelling & feedback.
