Job Purpose: This hybrid role combines business development and product development responsibilities. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline (preferred). - Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or product management. - Proven B2B sales success, preferably within insulation, HVAC, cleanroom, or construction sectors. - Strong understanding of technical products and the Irish construction market. - Demonstrated experience in product sourcing, launch, and portfolio growth.
