- Positioning & Narrative: Define differentiated messaging that connects infra metrics (throughput, latency, availability, price-performance) and sovereignty controls to value for CXOs, architects, and procurement
- GTM & Launches: Own GTM strategy and execution for AI Cloud (ICPs, use cases, SKUs/offers, channels, calendar, success metrics). Design onboarding motions (credits/POCs/trials) to shorten time-to-first-value.

About Jentic
At Jentic we are building the core infrastructure for AI agents, enabling them to access tools of the modern world - APIs, workflows and even other AI agents - and to know how to use them securely, safely and efficiently. Backed by top-tier investors and led by repeat founders, we're a hands-on team building in the open and moving fast with a clear vision to establish a major platform for the future of software and work.
We're not just an AI company, but an AI-native company. We're building a focused and highly-productive team, in which everyone is amplified with AI, and where everyone shares personal and financial ownership in our mission. Joining Jentic means shaping the future of software in a team that is built for the agentic AI era.
What We're Building
For AI builders, Jentic is where AI meets APIs, providing a comprehensive solution to intelligently hook AI agents up to unlimited APIs and workflows, with an emphasis on security and reliability. For no-code users, Jentic allows AI agents to be easily created and run, powered by their favourite LLM and Jentic's backend infrastructure. A product manager can design an agent that updates dashboards and notifies the team. A sales rep can create an agent that books meetings or updates CRM records. A software developer can run a Jentic agent on their own infrastructure, or supercharge their existing agents by integrating Jentic.
Your Role
At Jentic, you'll own the story end-to-end: building our brand, shaping product positioning and launches, and defining how we're perceived in the AI ecosystem. This is more than a traditional PMM role - you'll work directly with the founders, product, and design, building from zero and setting the standard for marketing at Jentic.
In this role you will:
- Own Jentic's marketing efforts end-to-end, from shaping our brand marketing strategy and product marketing to executing campaigns
- Translate our product and brand into clear, compelling stories that resonate with our mixed audience of developers, enterprise buyers, and the broader AI ecosystem
- Define and manage Jentic's brand identity, ensuring consistency across assets, touchpoints, and experiences
- Create high-quality assets - from web copy and case studies to pitch decks, social posts, and event collateral - using tools like Canva or Adobe
- Plan and execute Jentic's presence at industry conferences, tradeshows, and community events, while also organising our own AI meetups and gatherings
- Run integrated brand and product campaigns across digital channels (content, SEO, GEO, email, social) that build awareness, strengthen our brand, and drive qualified leads
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, and growth teams to ensure marketing is aligned with business objectives and user needs
- Build and manage a marketing calendar, tracking impact with a data-driven mindset, and iterating based on results.
Please note:
We work in-office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs) at our Dublin 2 HQ - we find this supports fast iteration and close collaboration at our stage. Our core hours are 10am to 4pm, with flexibility to start and end your day outside of that window.
Requirements
- Has 5+ years of experience in brand and product marketing within B2B technology or deep tech SaaS products
- Understands enterprise/B2B audiences and knows how to tailor messaging and channels accordingly
- Has a track record of going from 0 → 1; creating and executing brand campaigns or product launches that delivered measurable results in an early-stage or high-growth environment
- Is hands-on with asset creation (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) and comfortable producing polished materials independently
- Brings experience planning and executing events, tradeshows, or conferences in a tech/enterprise context
- Is fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and able to translate deep tech into engaging, user-friendly brand narratives
- Is fluent in digital marketing tactics (content, SEO, GEO, email, social) and comfortable using analytics to measure and optimise performance
- Operates with a startup mindset: entrepreneurial, resourceful, able to balance strategy and execution, and eager to make a tangible impact
- Is genuinely curious about AI, eager to learn quickly, and motivated to shape the future of the agentic AI space.
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience in enterprise marketing or open-source community engagement
- Have worked on marketing for technically complex products
- Are comfortable speaking on stage, on camera, or in front of external audiences
Benefits
Why Join Us Now?
- Join early, shape everything: Join an exceptionally experienced founding team at a critical stage in Jentic's journey. Early team members will play a foundational role in the company's growth and direction
