The Sales and Yard Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the yard to a high standard, managing stock levels, and organising deliveries both in and out of the yard area. This includes manually loading products for customers and vendors, as well as using a forklift when necessary. Additionally, the position includes conducting stock takes of goods in the store and yard. General Duties: Any duties associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following: Customer service - continually interface with and ensure that customers always receive a high-quality service. To support our Advanced Surgical Therapy (AST) portfolio in Ireland, we are currently seeking a full-time, customer-focused Field Sales Representative. This is a highly rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to define and execute your own sales strategies across the full range of AST products within the Surgical Technologies portfolio-all while being part of a collaborative and professional team.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Develop detailed tactical plans that set SMART objectives for the accelerated progression of Medtronic AST technology sell to the HSE and private hospitals within the defined area
+ Fully understand the product application in relation to the Irish healthcare market
+ Achieve of quarterly and annual sales objectives and targets and initiatives
+ Attend meetings/workshops and exhibitions as required, which may include some out of hours working from time to time
+ Build and maintain an effective network of relevant key opinion leaders within the market
+ Promote and present educational programs to professionals in the field
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Sales experience with a demonstrated track record
+ Ability to spot a business opportunity and able to persuade and influence others
+ Advanced presentation and negotiation skills
+ Proven record of strong cross function collaboration
+ Driving Licence
