We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Transfer Agency Senior Associate, Client Processing to join our team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland– Hybrid 4 days a week in office.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Act as the main point of contact for the client concerning operational and service-related matters. Responsibilities include attending weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly client calls, and reviewing the monthly scorecard.
- Engage in the launch of new funds.
- Address client concerns and requests promptly and within the agreed timeframe.
- Supervise client servicing functions where appropriate to ensure client satisfaction with the provided service.
- Ensure all staff maintain a proactive, professional relationship with key client stakeholders.
- Keep the Manager updated on client issues and their progress, highlighting any urgent client concerns or complaints to management immediately
- Ensure deals are accepted and processed in accordance with fund prospectus and Central Bank guidelines.
- Ensure all deals are processed with zero error tolerance.
- Ensure adequate controls are in place around the dealing process.
- Monitor deal acknowledgement as detailed in client service level agreement (SLA), including intra-day tie outs.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of cash availability and prediction reports to fund managers and valuation departments.
- Ensure Supervisors provide accurate and timely dealing reports to the Cash Team upon which they will instruct payments and pre-advises.
- Ensure prices and factors entered into the transfer agency register are accurate.
- Ensure Supervisors perform a daily tie out with valuation departments.
- Monitor the distribution of daily deal confirmations ensuring that these are sent within the client SLA deliverables.
- Communicate any significant operational issues that arise to Manager.
- Ensure Supervisors respond in a professional and proactive manner to any dealing queries received from the client or shareholders.
- Ensure Supervisors maintain daily/monthly files in a manner suitable for future review by the fund and internal auditors
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Degree in relevant discipline
- At least 4 years experience in Transfer Agency preferably in Alternative Transfer Agency
- Co-ordinate daily/weekly/monthly management information systems (MIS).
- Ensure projects allocated to you by your line Manager are completed within the deadlines laid down.
- Ensure BNY and client standard procedures and controls are adhered to on a daily basis by all staff under your management.
- Review functional checklists and procedures to ensure sufficient controls are in place to accurately complete functional tasks.
- Ensure all staff are advised of client and departmental procedural changes, that these changes are understood by all staff and that procedures and checklists are updated to reflect same

During the diligence/integration planning associated with the acquisition, NPTI will partner intimately with Corporate Development, R&D, Finance, Legal and Commercial to ensure the Tech Ops plan meets the objectives of all relevant functions. Since integration usually requires a change in Jazz business processes and present unique challenges, this role requires the ability to develop an innovative strategic framework and then establish a tactical approach which will deliver the deal “imperatives”. In this capacity, the Head will engage with senior leaders across the organization, both inside and outside of Tech Ops, to coach, challenge or otherwise influence so that there is a unified approach to integration consistent with Jazz values and deal imperatives. The position has high accountability and visibility within the Company in terms of technical/risk assessment, coordination inside and outside of Jazz, innovation and decision making, due to the value associated with the deals. This role must be able to operate effectively as an organizational leader, influencing strategies and tactics at the appropriate level, up to the most senior, in all other functional groups in both Jazz and the Partner Company. NPTI is also responsible to assess feasibility of new technologies to improve manufacturing robustness or facilitate life cycle management (LCM) by overseeing studies which will elucidate value and give insight into the development approach.
Essential Functions
Accountable for functional aspects of department: budget, staff oversight, performance management and development.
Oversee NPTI response to Corporate Development initiatives to ensure it is agile, timely, and appropriately rigorous. Because of the small size of the department, the Head will need to take an appropriate share of these activities on an interim basis.
Provide feedback and strategic direction to improve efficiency of diligence process.Oversee the engagement of NPTI with applicable functions during due diligence and integration planning/execution to ensure all functional accountabilities are identified and supported.
Ensure activities to deliver deal imperatives and to mitigate risks are properly defined and vetted with SMEs/accountable managers both within Jazz and the License Partner.

During the diligence/integration planning associated with the acquisition, NPTI will partner intimately with Corporate Development, R&D, Finance, Legal and Commercial to ensure the Tech Ops plan meets the objectives of all relevant functions. Since integration usually requires a change in Jazz business processes and present unique challenges, this role requires the ability to develop an innovative strategic framework and then establish a tactical approach which will deliver the deal “imperatives”. In this capacity, the Head will engage with senior leaders across the organization, both inside and outside of Tech Ops, to coach, challenge or otherwise influence so that there is a unified approach to integration consistent with Jazz values and deal imperatives. The position has high accountability and visibility within the Company in terms of technical/risk assessment, coordination inside and outside of Jazz, innovation and decision making, due to the value associated with the deals. This role must be able to operate effectively as an organizational leader, influencing strategies and tactics at the appropriate level, up to the most senior, in all other functional groups in both Jazz and the Partner Company. NPTI is also responsible to assess feasibility of new technologies to improve manufacturing robustness or facilitate life cycle management (LCM) by overseeing studies which will elucidate value and give insight into the development approach.
Essential Functions
Accountable for functional aspects of department: budget, staff oversight, performance management and development.
Oversee NPTI response to Corporate Development initiatives to ensure it is agile, timely, and appropriately rigorous. Because of the small size of the department, the Head will need to take an appropriate share of these activities on an interim basis.
Provide feedback and strategic direction to improve efficiency of diligence process.Oversee the engagement of NPTI with applicable functions during due diligence and integration planning/execution to ensure all functional accountabilities are identified and supported.
Ensure activities to deliver deal imperatives and to mitigate risks are properly defined and vetted with SMEs/accountable managers both within Jazz and the License Partner.
Challenge teams to adopt innovative approaches which shorten timelines and mitigate risk.
Challenge the Tech Ops integration plan to ensure it is technically rigorous, has been thoroughly risk-assessed and meets the strategic imperatives of the deal.
Establish and monitor imperatives for the Licensor relationship and direct coaching of the Tech Ops teams as appropriate.

Secure input from senior management to validate approaches and manage limitations.
