We are actively looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join our team in Kepak Foods, Foodservice Team.
This is a full time, permanent position based in our Centre of Excellence in Blanchardstown, Dublin. We also offer flexible hybrid working.
You will play a key role in ensuring optimal inventory levels, efficient production planning, and seamless coordination across procurement, customer service, and operations. With a focus on continuous improvement a priority, exciting project work will be a core part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production and inventory plans to meet customer demand and service levels while striving to optimising inventory levels.
- Complete weekly stock reconciliations, investigate and close out variances in a timely manner.
- Investigate and close out variances on delivery PODs with relevant 3PLs ensuring returns tracker is up to date and customer credit queries are closed out in a timely manner.
- Collaborate cross functionally with commercial, procurement, manufacturing, and customer service teams to ensure timely availability of finished goods.
- Monitor and report on key supply chain KPIs (e.g., stock valuation, inventory turns, forecast accuracy).
- Identify and resolve supply chain risk and opportunities.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain planning and master data in ERP system (M3, Dynamics 365 or similar).
- Support other areas of the supply chain team when and as required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, Power BI experience a bonus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using Supply Chain Planning Software (RELEX, Future Master, or similar) a bonus.

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Bunzl Ireland on a maternity leave cover. This pivotal role ensures accurate forecasting and seamless supply of finished goods across our operations. What You'll Do:
As our new Supply Chain Planner you will be accountable for the efficient and effective execution of the Demand & Supply Planning process. What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
- +5 years' experience in demand and supply planning management, preferably within the beverage, FMCG or CPG industry.
- Proven experience working with planning systems such as SAP, JDA, Oracle, o9, and ideally QAD.
- Demonstrated participation in innovation and new product development (NPD) projects, including stage-gate or change management processes.
- Cross-functional experience across supply chain areas such as customer service, master data management, procurement, or project management.

Role Overview
The Supply Planner will be responsible for executing all tactical planning activities, including purchase order management and global inventory oversight. - Calculate, track and present key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, On Time and In Full (OTIF) customer service, and inventory levels against target, driving corrective actions as required.
- Act as a key participant in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, facilitating rolling 18-month demand and supply forecasts, highlighting risks, opportunities and improvement actions.
- Identify, escalate and resolve risks and dynamic changes in demand or supply, ensuring the right balance between cost efficiency, customer service and working capital priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy and supply chain resilience.
- Collaborate with material planners, commercial teams and contract manufacturers to align material availability, support new product launches and provide insights for new market entries in line with the stage-gate process.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
- +5 years' experience in demand and supply planning management, preferably within the beverage, FMCG or CPG industry.
- Proven experience working with planning systems such as SAP, JDA, Oracle, o9, and ideally QAD.
- Demonstrated participation in innovation and new product development (NPD) projects, including stage-gate or change management processes.
- Cross-functional experience across supply chain areas such as customer service, master data management, procurement, or project management.

Job Overview
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for the optimisation and balance of inventory across the network. This will be done with targeted customer service levels, forecast accuracy and safety stock for the allocated portfolio of SKUs. Daily, you will manage the ongoing order planning, pushing forward order execution for branches, working collaboratively with suppliers within integration programs. The ideal candidate will be proactive in their approach and have experience of working in a large multi site supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure product availability in the NDC
- Set and optimise planning parameters
- Identify and address exceptions highlighted by the planning system
- Perform inventory planning, managing parameters and policies within the boundaries set alongside targets set with the Supply Chain Manager
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers to confirm production and shipping schedules
- Monitor and maintain open purchase orders to ensure on time deliveries, handling all shipment tracking information
- Manage backlogs and potential bottle necks within the planning cycle
- Interface with sales and logistics to address daily critical situations
- E O management and returns to suppliers
- Collaborate with suppliers to implement integration initiatives such as planning, forecasting and replenishment. This includes direct shipments, logistics integration and cooperative SLAs
- Manage supplier master data for Supply Chain
