Logistics Specialists monitor inventory levels to ensure that proper stock levels are maintained to support build and repair activities. They receive parts, maintain inventory, and check-out parts as needed to Data Center Technicians and Engineers. They will also be responsible for loading and unloading shipments and transporting parts between different locations. This position involves frequent lifting of materials and products. Logistics Specialists will be required to keep precise records of all commodities going in and out of company. They also maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of all workspaces. They must be available to work shift work.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment, as well as experience and knowledge of reverse logistics processes. Experience handling vendor relationships is helpful.

+ Monitor status of loading / closing of loads to make sure all are completed. Check pix transaction's for completed loads in consultation with Transport Management that all invoices have been released.
Stock Duties
+ Keep standards to DQMP standard
+ Ensure the admin team maintains the daily out of stock report ready to be audited by the DC stock team.
Management Reporting
+ Run any reports requested by Stock and/or Admin Managers and Warehouse Shift Management team
Communication
+ Carry out effective shift handover with outgoing / incoming goods in clerk.
+ Attend department briefings a required.
Transport Administration
+ Facilitate the day to day administration duties within the department/team supporting the driver de-brief company process as required
+ Generate outbound invoices to all customers on a daily basis ensuring all store orders are accurate, self- audited to meet customer & company expectations.
General
+ Cover for stock admin clerk duties as required.
+ Any reasonable request as directed by Stock - Admin / Warehouse management.
+ Full compliance with company Health & Safety, QIP, security and environmental KPI's
+ Incorporate best practises across the warehouse & transport operation teams delivering continuous improvement

The Customs and Trade Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance and continuous improvements for business processes relating to Customs and Import Compliance. + Participate in maintaining site compliance with special trade programs, including AEO, Free Trade Agreements (FTA), Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ), etc.
+ Collaborate on Compliance Improvement Plans, as needed, to address and correct issues identified during corporate import/export compliance assessments.
+ Carry out the process for transactional review/audit of all import/export records.
+ Maintain relationships with carriers and brokers to resolve broker/freight issues to maintain timely product flow in the supply chain.
+ Work with other departments including warehouse operations, finance, purchasing, Customer Services, that are involved in import/export activities, .
+ Maintain proper import/export recordkeeping controls to ensure compliance with the requirements of 19CFR and 15CFR
+ Logistics activities as per RDIL processes and procedures - SharePoint logs, interaction with service providers, and shared mailbox management.
**Education & Competencies**
+ Bachelor's degree required, business, logistics/transportation, or another related field.
+ Minimum 3 years' experience in import/export operations, international business or another related field.
+ Good working knowledge of Logistics - preference for experience in fulfilment using multiple modes of transport (courier networks, air freight and sea freight). Candidate will able to book, price and monitor shipments.
+ Sound analytical abilities and familiarity with enforcement of internal controls required.
+ Knowledge of AEO, Taric and EU embargoed and Sanction regulations applicable to the medical device industry preferred
+ Must occasionally use judgment to determine when strict enforcement of requirements vs. exploring compliant alternatives as appropriate.
+ Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and manage time appropriately.
+ Effectively driving for results is a key competency Ability to implement compliance processes in areas outside department structures to ensure compliance with regulations.

Geo Data Operations is looking to add a Logistics Compliance team member. You will be the sole IE based compliance team member, working on a team with other compliance analysts globally in support of the Street View program. This is a fast paced, innovative, collaborative environment and this Compliance role is in the critical path for much of the program's operations.
Who We Are Looking For:
The logistics compliance analyst we are looking for is self motivated and can manage their workload independently. They will be comfortable working in a non-traditional office environment connected to a hardware shop. The right candidate will be process driven, systems level thinker, curious about learning new things and have the ability to push themselves beyond expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Help process the Move Order Requests (MORs), which are placed from various warehouses across a number of locations
? Review and ensure that all commercial documents in connection with the MORs are in place and compliant with shipping practices
? Creation of manual trade documents as needed
? Maintain brokerage & transportation performance reports, and report transportation cost as requested
? Review and approve commercial invoices generated for order types
? Coordinate and resolve, or escalate to manager, any inbound international shipments stuck at customs
? Carry out emerging markets research to determine shipping and compliance regulations in new locations
? Provide location code management using internal tools
? Manage the process of receiving MORs and other requests to confirmation of delivery by carriers
? Review requests via internal systems to ensure correct entities, incoterms etc are used. Update Order Form status for non inventory shipments
? Work with clients to meet agreed delivery schedules and create plans to support on time delivery
? Work with internal Logistics Analyst teams to plan for and execute new projects
? Monitor order backlog to identify potential problem orders and initiate corrective actions
? Manage Dangerous Goods and Hazardous shipments globally by providing guidance and approval for all DG related shipments
? Process and manage ATA Carnets globally
Qualifications:
? Excellent knowledge of international shipping procedures and trade documents
? Prior professional experience in logistics and/or compliance roles
? Expert knowledge of: Forward, Reverse, and Third Party Logistics (3PL) workflows, Commercial invoice forms, SLI's, packing list, shipper's export declarations, import duties and tax assessments, temporary importations
? Working knowledge of: Fedex Ship Manager, DHL Import/Export Portals, Tariff classifications
? Familiarity with Manufacturing and assembly documentation (BOM, drawings), PLM software, and Google Sheets, Docs, Calendar & Gmail

Key job responsibilities
Materials Management
- Oversight of stock levels in all remote warehouse locations, management of aged materials and working with transport team and ODM's to unblock material flow.
- Drive Warehousing operational excellence through data driven metrics
- Perform functional Data Analysis and Reporting for warehouse operations
- Drive Warehousing operational excellence through data driven metrics
- Drive material positioning and availability in multiple warehouses to maximize utilization
Supply Chain
- Protect continuity of supply for AWS managed manufacturing
- Drive cross-functional and cross-regional strategic initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and overall cost structure
- Drive complex business analysis to identify business opportunities to improve internal and external processes
- Work cross-functionally to identify and apply best practices and continuous process improvements
- Provides input on System Integration, User Acceptance and Performance test plans for accuracy and completeness.
Operational Enhancement
- Provide scalable solutions for specific issues
- Sets project requirements and drives agendas across internal and external teams
- Provides input on System Integration, User Acceptance and Performance test plans for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with IT teams, Implementation Consultants, and Business Stakeholders to capture accurate functional and non-functional requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain
- Experience working within a similar role to Inventory management/warehouse manager/Leader
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience with Excel
- Experience working with 3rd Party Vendors
- Understanding transport and wider logistics can be helpful (mainly Air/Sea) but is not essential
