Position Summary: Responsible for the accurate upkeep of the stock file inbound and outbound programme, providing a clean and accurate invoice to the customer. Ensuring that all deliveries outbound to the customer, inbound collections from the customer are carried out in an accurate & timely manner ensuring we provide a world class service within the agreed budgetary costs delivering all our company's expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Goods In
+ Answering Incoming calls from Suppliers & providing assistance where necessary, allocating appointments to Suppliers.
+ Enter all appointments made onto the JDA system.
+ Co-ordinating with Suppliers / S.T.I on their arrival at the DC, advising on any delays, dealing with discrepancies between Purchase Orders and Goods Received Notes.
+ Run the outstanding purchase orders report checking and reporting all non-arrivals, non-bookings, shortages, potentials and negative reports liaising with DC stock team, product supply , transport , STI & third party hauliers
+ Inform QA of any rejections, damages, Use by Date issues or miss-rotated product delivered to the DC by the Supplier.
JDA Administration
+ In consultation with Shift Management run waves in the 1st instance within JBA then repeated in Win-Inventory.
+ Monitor status of loading / closing of loads to make sure all are completed. Check pix transaction's for completed loads in consultation with Transport Management that all invoices have been released.
Stock Duties
+ Keep standards to DQMP standard
+ Ensure the admin team maintains the daily out of stock report ready to be audited by the DC stock team.
Management Reporting
+ Run any reports requested by Stock and/or Admin Managers and Warehouse Shift Management team
Communication
+ Carry out effective shift handover with outgoing / incoming goods in clerk.
+ Attend department briefings a required.
Transport Administration
+ Facilitate the day to day administration duties within the department/team supporting the driver de-brief company process as required
+ Generate outbound invoices to all customers on a daily basis ensuring all store orders are accurate, self- audited to meet customer & company expectations.
General
+ Cover for stock admin clerk duties as required.
+ Any reasonable request as directed by Stock - Admin / Warehouse management.
+ Full compliance with company Health & Safety, QIP, security and environmental KPI's
+ Incorporate best practises across the warehouse & transport operation teams delivering continuous improvement

**Valued skills and experience:**
+ Valid Irish C1 Driving Licence is essential, upto 7.5tn
+ Valid Driver CPC qualification is **essential.**

+ Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably within a logistics or secure transport environment.
+ Excellent understanding of driving regulations and road networks across Ireland.

**Main Purpose of the Role**
The Customs and Trade Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance and continuous improvements for business processes relating to Customs and Import Compliance. Primary responsibilities include managing the Import Trade Compliance, Site Coordinator, Certified Classifier and GDS reporting. There will also be some Logistics support required to assist with RDIL fulfilment activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage import/export process and develop effective internal controls to ensure site compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
+ Act as subject matter expert and advisor regarding compliant importation and exportation of goods, staying abreast of new import/export regulations and programs that may impact the business.
+ Act as a Certified Classifier to ensure the correct classification of all RDIL's products within the EU.
+ Act as support for RDIL's site co-Ordinator
+ Provide technical guidance to assist in the proper management of international projects.
+ Participate in maintaining site compliance with special trade programs, including AEO, Free Trade Agreements (FTA), Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ), etc.
+ Collaborate on Compliance Improvement Plans, as needed, to address and correct issues identified during corporate import/export compliance assessments.
+ Carry out the process for transactional review/audit of all import/export records.
+ Maintain relationships with carriers and brokers to resolve broker/freight issues to maintain timely product flow in the supply chain.
+ Work with other departments including warehouse operations, finance, purchasing, Customer Services, that are involved in import/export activities, .
+ Maintain proper import/export recordkeeping controls to ensure compliance with the requirements of 19CFR and 15CFR
+ Logistics activities as per RDIL processes and procedures - SharePoint logs, interaction with service providers, and shared mailbox management.
**Education & Competencies**
+ Bachelor's degree required, business, logistics/transportation, or another related field.
+ Minimum 3 years' experience in import/export operations, international business or another related field.
+ Good working knowledge of Logistics - preference for experience in fulfilment using multiple modes of transport (courier networks, air freight and sea freight). Candidate will able to book, price and monitor shipments.
+ Sound analytical abilities and familiarity with enforcement of internal controls required.
+ Knowledge of AEO, Taric and EU embargoed and Sanction regulations applicable to the medical device industry preferred
+ Must occasionally use judgment to determine when strict enforcement of requirements vs. exploring compliant alternatives as appropriate.
+ Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and manage time appropriately.
+ Effectively driving for results is a key competency Ability to implement compliance processes in areas outside department structures to ensure compliance with regulations.

About The Role:
Geo Data Operations is looking to add a Logistics Compliance team member. You will be the sole IE based compliance team member, working on a team with other compliance analysts globally in support of the Street View program. This is a fast paced, innovative, collaborative environment and this Compliance role is in the critical path for much of the program's operations.
Who We Are Looking For:
The logistics compliance analyst we are looking for is self motivated and can manage their workload independently. They will be comfortable working in a non-traditional office environment connected to a hardware shop. The right candidate will be process driven, systems level thinker, curious about learning new things and have the ability to push themselves beyond expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Help process the Move Order Requests (MORs), which are placed from various warehouses across a number of locations
? Review and ensure that all commercial documents in connection with the MORs are in place and compliant with shipping practices
? Creation of manual trade documents as needed
? Maintain brokerage & transportation performance reports, and report transportation cost as requested
? Review and approve commercial invoices generated for order types
? Coordinate and resolve, or escalate to manager, any inbound international shipments stuck at customs
? Carry out emerging markets research to determine shipping and compliance regulations in new locations
? Provide location code management using internal tools
? Manage the process of receiving MORs and other requests to confirmation of delivery by carriers

**Purpose of the Role:**
We're looking for a **Supply Chain Manager** to join our team in Donegal. I As our Supply Chain Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team across planning, scheduling, purchasing, and warehouse operations.
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Championing Safety & Sustainability** : Foster a safe work environment and drive environmental and energy goals.
+ **Delivering Customer Excellence** : Ensure product availability and timely shipping to meet customer demand.
+ **Driving Operational Performance** : Optimize inventory management and plant capacity utilization.
+ **Leading Continuous Improvement** : Implement innovative solutions and growth plans to elevate supply chain efficiency.
+ **Ensuring Compliance & Quality** : Uphold financial, regulatory, and quality standards across all supply chain functions.
+ **Strategic Leadership** : Collaborate with site leadership to address supply chain challenges and lead impactful improvement projects.
**Education and Experience:**
+ A third-level qualification in Business or Supply Chain Management (or a related field).
+ At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, including 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
+ Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: Planning, Scheduling, Purchasing, or Warehouse Management.

**What are we looking for?**
Eligible applicants should be:
+ Available for a 6, 9 or 12month placement to start between January to June 2026 (aligned with academic work placements dates)
+ Internship placements may be during or at the end of your undergraduate or post graduate course.
+ Pursuing a relevant third level undergraduate or post graduate qualification in Supply Chain / Business Studies a discipline listed above.
+ Candidates must be tracking to or have a minimum of 2.1 Grade in their undergraduate course.
