**The Role**
Proofpoint is seeking a **Talent Management Program Manager** to drive strategic talent initiatives that enable organizational growth and ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders. **What You Bring to the Team**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
+ 5+ years of experience in talent management, succession planning, performance management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a program management role.
+ Proven expertise in talent management, including succession planning, HiPo development, and performance management.
+ Experience designing and managing mentoring and leadership development programs.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to assess program effectiveness and guide decision-making.
+ Excellent project management capabilities to oversee multiple programs simultaneously.

The Senior Manager Payroll & WFM is responsible for the Payroll & Workforce management administration for Ireland and UK.
