Our graduate programme, is a three year programme, designed to meet your development needs and career aspirations, incorporating your skills, interests and goals.
Bio Marin are looking to hire 4 graduates to start employment with us in September 2026.
This programme is an opportunity to develop skills and gain experienceacross multiple departments, including: Manufacturing Engineering Manufacturing Sciences & Technology Quality The Bio Marin graduate programme provides a hands on mentored learning environment to encourage development.
The 3 year scheme consists of 3 one year rotations across Manufacturing, Engineering and/or Manufacturing Sciences and Technology and/or Quality.
Each placement will provide a variety of challenging, hands on, work experience.

The Graduate Programme will aim to Provide graduates with an understanding of all aspects of a Biopharmaceutical manufacturing site Develop the Graduates Engineering / Science knowledge Provide the Graduate with the opportunities to apply that knowledge in the solution of a variety of problems Develop technical and managerial Leadership skills, Provide opportunities to develop Communication skills Provide exposure to a regulated environment where high Quality and Patient focus along with Health and Safety are foremost.
Complete works that form part of their CPD programme to Chartered membership of IEI/IChem E as applicable.
Education and Experience: Currently undertaking a third level Degree / Masters in either Engineering or Science, graduating in 2026.
Proficiency with standard office software applications, including MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Power Point expected.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on live projects, supported by experienced engineers and project managers.
The role will provide exposure to all aspects of road construction, from site preparation and surfacing operations to quality assurance and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities Assist site engineers and supervisors in planning, setting out, and managing road surfacing projects.
Monitor surfacing operations to ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
Carry out quality control checks on materials, workmanship, and finished surfaces.
Support the preparation of method statements, risk assessments, and site documentation.
Contribute to accurate record-keeping, reporting, and project progress tracking.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.
Promote and adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards on all sites.
Requirements Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in road surfacing, highways, and civil engineering.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Good problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn.
Full driving licence (preferred).
