**Main purpose of the role:**
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting the monthly sales and operations planning process, Inventory Management process, and on-going continuous improvement activities with Supply chain management that require data capturing, analysis and presentation.
**Main Responsibilities:**
- Responsible for work order management.
- Contributing to Exception Reports that pertain to the Supply Chain Department.
- iDocs monitoring and processing them as required also analyse root cause and solve.
- Supports SAP as the primary management system for inventory reporting Supply management.
- Contributing to the continued improvement of the plants Environmental, Health and Safety Performance.
- Work closely with planners, Review and follow-up on Order closer in time, ensuring inventory levels are accurate and discrepancies are identified between both SAP and MES/POMS system.
- Perform check on Production confirmations, Ensure they are completed in time to report to Finance.
- Review SAP Master data regularly and highlighted any discrepancies.
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Minimum Level 7 NFQ qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
+ 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ SAP knowledge is a requirement.
+ ERP system experience is an advantage.

Cork Your career at Deutsche Brse Group Your Area of Work Investment Funds Service (IFS) IT Section builds, maintains and operates a portfolio of applications which provide Clearstream clients state of the art solutions to standardise fund processing, and to increase efficiency and safety in the investment funds sector. Our global funds processing platform Vestima allows for reaching all types of funds, from mutual funds to ETFs and hedge funds. Your Responsibilities As a Business Analyst for Investment Funds Services IT, you will have to study the impact of changes in the Investment Funds Services IT landscape. You will be required to: Provide analysis within set deadlines and budget for one of our projects, analysing existing services and designing future features, related to Investment Funds such as Order routing, Settlement, Trailer fees, Corporate Actions, Custody, Fund Transfer, Regulatory Reporting, and Billing. Find, elicit, and write business and functional requirements. Present results to both Business and IT teams of IFS (development and architecture). Your Profile Master degree (or equivalent) in a computer based discipline or in a business school. 3-5 years experience in business and functional analysis. Excellent analytical skills. Strong knowledge of requirements engineering and modelling tools. Strong knowledge of test lifecycle and proven experience in test execution Ability to meet challenging project deadlines and deliver in a fast moving and change oriented environment. Good team player with excellent communications skills. UML knowledge is required. Agile knowledge is a plus. Jira Dashboard is a plus Business Analyst certification is a plus. Test certification is a plus Fluency in English is mandatory. French and/or German are an asset

**Overview**
We are looking to recruit a Senior Business Analyst to join our Financial Services Advisory Practice, working on a wide range of projects/programmes. The individual will have experience of working on digital transformation and strategic change projects, responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure and delivery for our Banking partners.
**Responsibilities**
**Key Skills**
+ Engage with business users, understand problem statement, and agree scope of engagement
+ Interview product owners to understand as-is business processes and then develop customer-driven to-be processes
+ Support the Business by documenting process models and identify opportunities for improvement
+ Ability to map customer experience using tools like personas, customer journeys etc.
+ Gather and analyse statistical data from the business areas for supporting business case for change
+ Research and analyse best in class industry processes to support digitization & simplification of customer journeys
+ Support the Business in planning and designing digital strategies encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
+ Bring in industry experience and thought leadership to advise on trends, future operating models and best in class journeys
+ Develop a deep understanding of the business context and marketplace that our business stakeholders are operating in
+ Employ process modelling techniques to capture requirements. Work hand-in-hand with the Product Owner and Development teams in order to deliver process improvements
+ Work with multiple product owners to write & develop clear, non-implementation specific epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
+ Support and contribute to the metrics driven culture within our function
**Experience and skills required**
+ 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services
+ Design thinking, ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, communicate in a clear non-ambiguous manner, conduct requirements workshops, drive decision making
+ Experience in documenting business case, business process modelling, requirement elicitation through workshops
+ Manage projects from inception through design to delivery
+ An IT background with a solid grounding in technology
+ Experience of working in both Agile & waterfall SDLCs
+ Communication, group dynamics, collaboration and continuous improvement are core - being best practice driven
+ 2.1 or higher in a related discipline from an academic institution; Masters a plus
