**Primary contributions and purpose:** Performs all Warehouse and Dispensary related processes and associated tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures
**Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities:**
+ Prepare and /or Dispense materials and items required for batch and non-batch related requirements for Manufacturing.
+ Accountable for the upkeep and updating of area metrics and performance boards (eg. Short Interval Control Board).
+ Responsible for sanitization and cleaning tasks of the Dispensary area in accordance with the sanitization schedule and for maintaining housekeeping, sanitization and/or cleaning of this area.
+ Responsible for the operation of Dispensary equipment within the Dispensary Facility, to achieve the dispensing schedule.
+ Responsible for the setup and changeover of Inspection equipment within the Dispensary Facility.
+ Responsible for executing requisite transactions on SAP and PAS-X as part of batch record review. Also to support the review of batch records as required.
+ Responsible for performing and monitoring critical processes.
+ Responsible for compliance with Aseptic Techniques, including environmental and personnel monitoring.
+ Responsible for the calibration and maintenance of test equipment (eg. Balances, scales, pH meters, etc).
+ Responsible for escalating issues accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Support and partner with Maintenance & Engineering in relation to equipment troubleshooting when issues arise .
+ Support log book review, batch record review and product disposition as required.
+ Support and execute validation protocols as requested.
+ Support and execute New Product Introduction activities.
+ Responsible for the taking, labelling, and transport of batch related samples (Including DS Sampling support) to the agreed location as per procedure.
+ Support the development of robust and accurate procedures by assisting in the review of documents (e.g. Red lining of SOPs, Batch records / EBRs, etc.).
+ Prepare and assemble equipment and components for operations.
+ Support picking operations.
+ Receive instruction and/or guidance from Associate, Snr Associate or Area Manager.
+ Responsible for processing incoming receipts per agreed schedule.
+ Responsible for completing documentation and system transactions for all incoming receipts.
+ Responsible for liaising directly with Procurement, QA, SQM, and QCS to resolve issues related to incoming receipts.
+ Responsible for completing material movements and corresponding system transactions per agreed schedules.
+ Responsible for transferring materials between locations and to and from the various Production Modules per agreed schedules.
+ Responsible for completing inventory counts per agreed schedules.
+ Responsible for coordinating and scheduling shipments with approved and express carriers.
+ Responsible for accurately completing all documentation associated with each shipment.
+ Responsible for making sure that shipments are packed per the appropriate SOP.
+ Actively prioritizes individual workload based on department needs/ schedule.
+ Any other reasonable duties as requested by their supervisor
**Safety**
+ Responsible to perform all activities in compliance with Amgen safety standards and site safety procedures and raise any safety issues through a See Card and to Associate, Snr Associate or Area Manager.
+ Operate all Ride on and Manual Pallet trucks and in a safe and compliant manner at all times.
+ **Only applies to personnel trained on fork trucks -** Operate all forklifts and material handling equipment in a safe and compliant manner at all times.
**Non-Conformance and CAPA**
+ Responsible for notifying and escalating to management when a Non Conformance has occurred
+ Support creation and completion of Quality Non Conformances with appropriate staff.
+ Support investigations through participation in Problem Solving activities (i.e. Root Cause Analysis)
**Regulatory**
+ Support regulatory inspections, including information requests from management and regulatory representatives.
+ Responsible for complying with cGMP's manufacturing processes
**Continuous improvement & Projects**
+ Support Lean Transformation and Operational Excellence initiatives and participate in team meetings (i.e. Kaizen; Work Center Teams; etc.)
+ Support continuous improvement in the area by identifying and recommending process/product improvements.
**Business/Administrative**
+ Responsible to perform all activities in compliance with Amgen safety standards and site safety procedures.
+ Responsible for personal GMP training compliance, ensuring all required training for a given task is up to date before performing GMP activities.
+ Responsible for training of other staff, through on the job technical training.
+ Responsible for development of personal annual reviews, goal setting and Individual Development Plans via the Maximizing Amgen Performance (MAP) process. Also support the MAP process by completing peer to peer feedback.
+ Supply Chain Technicians are required to work a variety of shift patterns (including days, 2, 3 and 4 Rota shifts) and support afterhours requests.
**Primary knowledge, skills, competencies and relevant experience**
**Knowledge:**
+ Ability to understand operation, assemble/disassemble and operate complex process equipment as per procedures.
+ Knowledge of protein nature sensitivity and contamination control.
+ Working knowledge at executing procedures and basic equipment handling (e.g. recognize and report malfunctions and assemble/disassemble equipment).
+ Knowledgeable of GMP documentation requirements.
+ Practical knowledge in continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
**Skills:**
+ Ability to perform assignments alone and as part of a team with a high level of attention to detail.

The Warehouse Lead EMEA is a key partner to embecta's third-party logistics (3PL) providers and consignment locations across the EMEA region. This role oversees inbound operations, warehouse management, shipment coordination, logistics claims, and returns across all stock locations.
You will ensure efficient order processing and shipment execution by working closely with Order Management and Transportation teams, prioritizing customer orders, and maintaining high standards of delivery performance. The role requires strong coordination, ownership of day-to-day logistics activities, and a focus on seamless execution.
Success in this role depends on building effective relationships with logistics partners and internal teams, while maintaining clear, responsive communication with customer accounts. It also requires a meticulous attention to detail.
**Responsibilities**
**Functional team leadership**
+ Provide support and training to all embecta 3PL stock locations across EMEA region.
+ Lead Logistics Claims and Returns processes, by coordinating activities between embecta Customer Care teams and 3PL's.
**WMS integration**
+ Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the WMS embecta-3PL integration for all EMEA region warehouses
+ Perform the WMS system integration testing when required.
+ Ensure the accuracy of master data prior to creation of new SKU's at 3PL in the WMS.
+ Update warehouse management SOP.
**3rd Parties Management**
+ Prepare and conduct weekly reviews with 3rd party logistics provider.
+ Monitor and report corrective actions with 3rd party logistics provider.
**Logistics activities**
+ Check WMS EDI error log and ensure message error corrections
+ Perform Product logistics master data checks
+ List planned inbounds but not received and communicate to Planning team for PO date adjustments or closure
+ Solve non-conforming inbound issues (missing documentation, volume discrepancies, visual inspection failures) by liaising with the respective areas
+ Support quality in opening non-conformities when inbounds fail visual inspection and communicate claims to Logistics Manager
+ Receive handover from Order Management team of all planned outbounds along with respective shipment instructions and ensure warehouse teams implement shipments accordingly
+ Support 3rd party logistics provider in preparing the outbound shipments, by consolidating all shipment documentation
+ Manage freight priorities based on input from Planning Team
+ Monitor in-quality, blocked, return and scrap stock locations, ensuring required actions are put in place
+ Analyze ageing stock report and alert situations where remaining shelf-life is less than the required period
+ Participate to quarterly inventory counts and report discrepancies
**Logistics Claims Management**
+ Receive logistics claims from the Customer Care teams and validate administrative resolution (if credit note).
+ Report the logistics Claims status to Logistics Manager and Quality team for further root cause analysis.
**KPI analysis and continuous improvement**
+ Prepare monthly warehouse management and transportation KPI's, explain results and propose corrective actions for , Dock to Stock , Damaged Goods , Inventory Accuracy, % Scrapping and Warehousing Costs
**Education and Experience**
+ At least 8 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, 3PL management and WMS integration projects, preferably in the health care industry, in a multi-cultural environment
+ IT affinity in dealing with ERP systems (SAP)
+ Proficiency of MS Office Applications
+ Strong knowledge of logistics processes and procedures
+ Experience in ERP implementation experience in an international environment is an advantage
+ 3+ years' experience in project coordination roles is preferred
+ Strong data analytic experience and skill set

We have an exciting opportunity as an Warehouse Operator Weekend Shift working in our Supply Chain Department and this role will involve the following
Primary Function / Goals / Objectives
+ Follow all Environmental, Health and Safety Rules in the plant.
+ Report any current or potential hazards to your manager immediately.
+ Wear the correct Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E.) at all times. Consult the appropriate SOP where required.
+ The Warehouse Operator must ensure they understand and adhere to the SOP for cGMP in the Warehouse Area and any other area within the plant where they work for their own safety, for others and for the product. It is a requirement that the warehouse operator adheres to a "clean as you go" policy.
+ Perform and record routine checks on the forktrucks, pallet trucks, AGV system in a safe manner, keeping all in good clean condition.
+ Load materials and finished goods containers as per SOP.
+ Inspect and unload materials and finished goods from carriers as appropriate.
+ Carry out MCS receipts, commodity inspection and labelling as required.
+ Provide replenishment service to Packing line and Process areas.
+ Utilize the bar-coding system to record material movements and transactions.
+ Liase with incoming QA on receipts.
+ Liase with Packing Line Management as appropriate.
+ Develop skill levels and work with automated equipment including Automated Guided vehicles (AGVs), Maximo, MCS and other systems that may be implemented to enhance work procedures.
+ Complete all necessary paperwork relating to warehouse activities including Material receipts and returns.
+ Dispose of plant waste as appropriate.
+ Utilize pallet trucks and other equipment as appropriate.
+ Carry out Fork truck driving, power pallet truck driving duties as required.
+ Perform other related duties, e.g. cycle-counting, stocktaking, cleaning and decanning.
+ Carry out all housekeeping requirements as per Master Sanitation Plan
+ Maintain personal training system e.g. Compliancwire

Reporting to the Head of Sustainability & Supply Chain, the successful candidate will lead a small warehouse team within our newly constructed, purpose-built Logistics Hub at our Shannon facility. This is a hands-on leadership role where the successful applicant will be expected to lead by example, ensuring the efficient, safe, and accurate operation of all warehouse activities while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Over the past five years, Ei Electronics has made significant investments in warehouse and inventory management systems. As part of the next phase of our logistics development, we are introducing enhanced warehouse processes including goods-in scanning, lot-code traceability, and scan-based picking systems. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in the successful implementation and ongoing management of these improvements. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including unloading, goods receiving, inventory transactions, cycle counting, and stock control activities. Ensure all incoming goods are processed and booked into the system accurately and in a timely manner to maintain inventory integrity. Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and effective inventory management practices. Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve processes and controls.
