WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager someone, who thrives on orchestrating moving parts, aligning creative and technical teams, and turning strategic plans into measurable results.

This role is about structure, clarity, and delivery. You'll help drive projects across web development, e-commerce, email marketing, and landing page optimisation. You'll coordinate timelines, ensure seamless collaboration between teams, and make sure our digital infrastructure runs like clockwork.

You'll be working closely with:

• Our Web Developer

• Our Copywriters and Designers

Together, you'll transform the Soul Atlas digital presence into a captivating and high-performing universe hub.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Immediate Priorities

• Create clear project roadmaps for the website, e-shop, and email campaigns

• Establish workflows and communication systems between creative and technical teams

• Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies for each digital initiative

• Monitor performance metrics (conversion rates, page engagement, email growth)

• Work with leadership to prioritise launches and product rollouts

Midterm to Long-Term Goals

• Build a unified analytics and reporting system across all digital channels

• Collaborate on UX improvements and funnel optimisation

• Support data-driven decision-making by providing regular campaign reports and insights

• Develop scalable systems that prepare Soul Atlas for long-term digital expansion

YOU

You are detail-oriented, dependable, and unafraid to jump into creative chaos and bring order.

You have:

• Proven experience managing digital marketing or web development projects (preferably in creative or entertainment industries)

• Understanding of e-commerce, email marketing, and landing page funnels

• Familiarity with tools like Notion and Miro.

• Excellent communication skills, you keep teams aligned and motivated

• A knack for reading data and transforming it into action

• A love for fantasy worlds, storytelling, and worldbuilding (a big plus)

Bonus points if you've worked in:

• Creative studios or media companies

• Fantasy, film, or gaming projects

• E-commerce operations with digital storytelling at the core

HOW YOU START

• Get oriented with the Soul Atlas lore, brand voice, and ongoing marketing ecosystem

• Review current digital assets and campaign plans (website, e-shop, and email flows)

• Meet your cross-functional team: E-commerce, Web, Email, Copy, and Creative

• Build your first 90-day roadmap aligning project timelines and deliverables

TIME COMMITMENT

Part-time: around 10–15 hours per week, depending on project timelines.

Fully remote, flexible, and compatible with other commitments, we respect your time and autonomy.

COMPENSATION (READ CLOSELY)

Salary:

At this point, there is no salary. Like the rest of the leadership and creative crew, you'll be building this adventure as a co-entrepreneur with shared ownership potential.

Profit Participation:

You will be compensated through a profit-sharing structure, currently under final legal review. This means that as Soul Atlas grows, your contributions directly translate into potential future revenue.

This structure allows everyone in the project, from creatives to executives, to benefit from Soul Atlas's eventual commercial success. More details will be shared during the interview.

If you are a contract
Software Project Manager
looking to add a globally recognisable consumer product company to your CV then this could be the project for you.

You will feel at home in this position if you have led scrums in an Agile environment consisting of onsite and remote teams of developers. Though you won't be a developer yourself, you will be comfortable delivering projects that consist of complex hardware and software integrations. You will know the difference between firmware and hardware for sure, ideally in the consumer product space.

Bringing together geographically diverse teams of different disciplines, even in different time-zones, will present certain challenges in terms of getting software delivered within scope and time.

Thankfully, you will get great support from your team, who really are the leaders in this segment.

But expectations are high - we really can therefore only accept your application if you have proven skills that include Scrum, significant software project delivery, you can embrace Agile and ideally know the termination involved around firmware. You will live a commutable distance from Cork as expectations are 3 days per week in (a nice) office.

We have an ambition to be the largest retrofitter of homes on the island of Ireland. We operate across all market segments, including social housing, private homes and small businesses to support them in upgrading their homes and premises. Our Head of Project Delivery will look after our Warmer Homes programme, the largest fuel poverty upgrade scheme in the State. This is a heavily regulated programme with national coverage, where we will complete over 350 deep retrofit home upgrades per year.

• Be responsible for the development of a programme of works associated with secured bids for Local Authorities and Housing Associations
• Secure and onboard contractors to deliver these programmes
