TIME COMMITMENT

COMPENSATION (READ CLOSELY)

Salary:

At this point, there is no salary. Like the rest of the leadership and creative crew, you'll be building this adventure as a co-entrepreneur with shared ownership potential.

Profit Participation:

You will be compensated through a profit-sharing structure, currently under final legal review. This means that as Soul Atlas grows, your contributions directly translate into potential future revenue.

You will feel at home in this position if you have led scrums in an Agile environment consisting of onsite and remote teams of developers. Though you won't be a developer yourself, you will be comfortable delivering projects that consist of complex hardware and software integrations.   • Ideally will have PMP / Agile qualifications.
  • Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals.
  • Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics.
  • Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
  • Tax knowledge is of benefit but not essential.
