Ensure all projects comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices to mitigate risks. Manage project resources effectively, balancing workloads and ensuring optimal utilisation of project management expertise. Track project KPIs, identify areas of concern, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project completion. Work closely with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and IT to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business objectives. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project portfolio management, with experience in leading multiple projects across various business functions. They will be a strategic thinker with the ability to assess project feasibility, allocate resources effectively, and drive continuous improvement in project execution. Key attributes include: 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing multiple projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership. A proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget across multiple business areas. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar). Relevant project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is desirable. **What you will do:**

+ Level 8 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline or equivalent experience is required.
+ Proven Project Management skills through the delivery of business-critical projects in excess of $0.5M which have been delivered on time and in Budget.
+ Has minimum of 5 years demonstrated project management experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to oversee technical advancements.
+ Ability to generate and explain detailed proposals, schedules, objectives, and other documentation accurately and Confidently present Project updates to SLT.
+ Utilise software to maintain project records, such as a PM system, MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, or Visio
+ PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
