Systems Administrator Contract Role Cork ( Hybrid) 3 days a week onsite

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with demonstrable experience of working successfully across multiple teams. They will support the growth of Enterprise sales business. The candidate must have had some prior exposure to large Enterprise systems (e.g. ERP / CRM) and be comfortable with basic master data, application and reporting concepts.

Reporting to a Business Solutions Analyst, the role sits within a larger Business Solutions & Systems group that focus on project management, delivery of strategic projects and operational activities both within EMEIA and Worldwide. The candidate should be able to demonstrate experience of working autonomously while also within a larger team.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Qualify net new partner leads in internal sales systems
  • Effectively communicate status and progress to line manager
  • Anticipate issues, escalating these as required to their line manager
  • Provide any other such Services and assistance to the company, as is reasonably requested (Specific Deliverables will be agreed with the Designated Contact)

Have you:

  • Data management and analysis of large data sets in Excel/Numbers

Headquartered in Tralee, Co. Kerry, we operate multiple manufacturing facilities in the southwest of Ireland, including Listowel, Charleville, Newmarket, and Farranfore. Additionally, we manage 29 Farm & Home stores throughout the region, ensuring comprehensive coverage and service. In Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom, our presence extends to key locations in Portadown, Coleraine, and Ossett.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer complaints - gather / trend / instigate investigation if trending / generate response and send to complaint handler, if needed have translated.
  • Review new artwork proposals using standard template
  • Manage updating database & visual standards on the floor if new packaging design is due to be introduced by generating new standard and retrieving / removing old standards incl upload to SharePoint.
  • Maintain packaging library in technical and intake offices.
  • Ensure supplier approval is maintained for all suppliers not covered by Kerry central CoS incl update of approved supplier list & RA.
  • Complete CoA check for all incoming ingredients & ensure SAP checks in place for all new materials
  • Complete tasks as per Food Defence plan e.g. arrange for samples to be gathered/ labelled and send for nutritional or micro (external) testing ; arrange for lab equipment incl e.g. T probes to be calibrated to schedule by sending external after raising PO, ensuring stock of palletising & NC books & production labels is maintained
  • Complete inspections relating to Quality systems e.g. RSPO / Supplier approval
  • Follow up on customer queries / monitor shared email box
  • Reporting Kerry KPI metrics on e.g. complaints, micro testing, auditing, standard adherence etc.
  • Administration task to aid change management and document control
  • Follow up on any recommendations raised by Pest control Provider
  • Support with swabbing, lab work, investigations, mock traces and projects in factory as required
  • Support Supplier Non-Conformance handling when needed e.g. log NC and responses on KPI record

  • A demonstrated numerical ability to record, interpret and analyse key process data
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment with changing requirements
  • Understand the concept of close out to rootcause to prevent repeat issues.
  • Proficient with Excel, word, PowerPoint, SAP, Intelex
  • Attention to detail and able to work independently
