Data Operations Lead Data will talk to you if youre willing to listen. In the world of asset management, data has never been more important - the differentiating factor between winning and losing. The big industry players with quite standardised portfolios have expansive systems in place for this. However, the likes of the family office or boutique investment houses with often less vanilla portfolios have, up to now, not really being catered to effectively. Within this gap in the market, a new funds FinTech player has developed a data platform that can bring disparate data streams together to aid performance monitoring, reporting and of course, to inform the investment decision. Your role will be tomanage the intersection between clients and their most optimal data sources. In short, youll be setting up and streamlining how they integrate with banks, pricing providers and other complex portfolio management systems. On top of that, youll be assessing how best to establish an efficient link to the less standard data sets such as private equity valuations or derivatives. Core Competencies At a hands-on level,your bread & butter will be data feeds. That means liaising with technical specialists, assessing if FTP or STFP connections are set up correctly and generally figuring out how the flow of investment data into the platform will work best. To succeed at this will be more about your knowledge of funds, investment products and corporate actions and the investment sphere generally. This means leading the daily operations for data feeds andwhen something breaks down - figuring out how to fix it. Ensuring accuracy, speed and efficiency are core to operations - as they must be. In looking at the bigger picture, your role can be further broken down into 2 main areas - Product and Data Strategy. On the product side, youll betaking the lead on how the platform is set-up and working with clients to design a structure that delivers the type of insights and analytics they need. Youll be assessing both the data inputs that are needed and also how that translates to outputs in the form of reporting deliverables, how it syncs with accounting systems, etc. Further down the road, your focus will includespotting opportunities where the platform can drive automation.Harnessing the power of AI also being very much on the agenda in the firms vision of what the platform can offer. Regarding data strategy, youll be helpingdesign the data model of how the platform integrates with other systems. This will mean mapping out the data processes but more importantly being the go-between to manage relationships between the technical team, the client and data vendors/sources your project management skills & effective handling of all stakeholders both being integral to success for this. Further to this youll also have an eye on the overall data strategy to include improving how data is harnessed, how data quality can be levelled up and just as importantly as all this, how things like data governance and data storage should best work in practice. In terms of skillset, your core competencies here will be service delivery, project management and communication. The platform being a digital transformation tool for these firms means your ability to engage at a senior level to drive buy-in with be key. Your Key Responsibilities oversee the data-feed connections with banks/vendors, co-ordinating their set up, mapping their data model to the platform. ensure high quality, timely data is being effectively delivered every day and building the processes and systems to support this. help design the data model required to support investment reporting and financial/tax reporting for complex assets (PE, derivatives, etc). This being a data platform youll be ensuring it integrates well with complex portfolio management and ERP systems. About the Opportunity

Contentful is looking for a Senior Manager to join the Product Strategy and BizOps team to help scale our business. As a thought partner to senior management, you will work closely with teams across the organization to understand business performance, set strategy, and drive business growth. As a member of the Strategy & BizOps team, you will become a trusted advisor to Contentful's executives and functional leaders, and work on high-impact, top priority issues facing the business.

This role is dedicated to supporting the Product organisation in setting and operationalising strategy, and will bridge cross functional touchpoints with our GTM functions.

What to expect?

As a member of the Product Strategy and BizOps team, you will become a trusted advisor to Contentful's executives and functional leaders, particularly our Chief Product Officer and Chief Technical Officer, and work on high-impact, top priority issues facing the business. This is a hybrid role in a small high impact team (currently one direct report), combining individual contribution with people leadership, delivering and leading work directly, coaching other Product leads and team members, and leading through others across the business.

  • Being a thought partner to senior product leadership: in shaping the strategic product vision and narrative for the company, ensuring effective communication of this in partnership internally and externally, partnering with teams such as our marketing and analyst relation teams
  • Being the business partner to product leaders : identifying, surfacing and strategising around business performance of our Product Lines , and being a SME on projecting the business impact of product initiatives.
  • Own ongoing key strategic initiatives that drive meaningful growth and product adoption: such as supporting product oriented GTM plays, rethinking trials processes, investigating onboarding challenges and driving action through programs or cross functional leadership
  • Identifying growth, efficiency, and strategic opportunities for the business: conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand commercial performance of our products, evaluating investments or strategic decisions, identifying and prioritizing actions to take, and communicating insights to senior executives.
  • Driving successful execution cross functionally with GTM partners: on specific one-off initiatives, or on process or systems improvements that support our growth trajectory. Work closely with our Product leadership and stakeholders including Pricing, Marketing, Sales and Partnerships to drive cross functional projects.
  • Supporting strategic operational cadences: supporting leadership on C-suite and Board level topics, driving creation of materials for boards and critical internal company strategy communications

Periodic travel may be required.

What you need to be successful Essential:
  • Professional Background: 5+ years of experience in areas such as management consulting, investment banking/private equity, BizOps, strategy, or corporate development roles
  • Stakeholder Communication: Strong business generalist with outstanding communication and collaboration skills, able to communicate complex information and concepts clearly for executive audiences. Able to confidently manage taking on-board executive feedback.
  • Quantitative Analysis: Performs accurate analysis on complex data and derives new and actionable business insights based on this. Able to question and challenge assumptions and outliers, and accurately report findings. Has experience building complex business and financial models and analyses.
  • Problem Solving: Defines, structures, and frames complex problems and decisions in a simple, actionable way
  • Project leadership: Successfully leads large cross-functional teams with a range of seniority levels (up to C-level)
  • Action oriented: Experienced in driving from business analysis and insights to action: structuring and solving problems, seeking information needed to solve these, conducting analyses, recommending actions, getting buy-in and alignment from leaders and teams, and working with other teams to deliver results

  • Knowledge of/strong interest in the digital experience space: this would be a big help given the central role in evolving and communicating our product strategy

As a Product Owner, you have the unique opportunity to act as an entrepreneur within Optum Insight, You will contribute to the planning, execution, and delivery of a product which solves problems and delight customers. You are the Voice of the Customer and work backwards from a deep understanding of customers' problems. You will maximize product value by defining product goals, product roadmap, and managing backlog, while working with our Technology and our Business stakeholders.

**Primary Responsibilities of the Product Manager:**
- **Product Management:**
o Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain the product roadmap for outlining the development timeline and major milestones.
o Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on features that deliver the most value.
o Work with tech teams, business users, and business partners to understand requirements.
- **Technical Expertise:**
o Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to inform product development.
o Understand complex technical issues and facilitate problem-solving discussions.
o Ensure the product adheres to technical, security, and regulatory standards.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making:**
o Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.
o Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product.
**- Stakeholder Engagement:**
o Act as a liaison between the Technology team and business stakeholders for your products.
o Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to inform product decisions.
o Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders at regular intervals.
- **Agile and Process Improvement:**
o Champion Agile methodologies and continuous improvement within the tech product team.
o Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
o Monitor and report on product performance, using data to drive decisions.
- **Risk Management and Quality Assurance:**
o Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product development process.
o Ensure quality assurance processes are integrated into product development.
o Oversee the resolution of technical and customer-facing issues.

**Required Qualifications of the Director, Product Management:**
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Proven Product Management experience
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery, including feature delivery and tradeoffs (prioritization) and contributing to engineering & technology strategy discussions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., research, engineering, UI/UX, Program Management, etc.)
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Experience and understanding of software development lifecycle and technologies.

As a **Product Manager** , within Clinical Solutions - Prospective Risk and Quality Service, you will be a Product Owner of one or more scrum teams and be responsible for functioning as the voice of the customer within product engineering teams to ensure the specification, prioritization, delivery, and commercialization of RQ products.
You will deliver on product strategy and vision, leading the strategic build of our data and analytics capabilities utilizing agile delivery process. The role is associated with the Optum Insight technology teams that provide prospective, concurrent, and retrospective quality and risk evaluations for Medicare, Medicare Advantage, ACA, and Medicaid plan members across UHC, Optum Health and other Commercial Payers.
As a **Product Manager** in this area, you will ensure the delivery of marketable capabilities, and engage with key stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize features and collaborate with the agile scrums team to deliver. By converting requirements to technical requirements, define acceptance criteria across various initiative levels for internal products whilst focusing on Falcon AI commercialization.
You must have excellent communication, organization, documentation, and presentation skills, and positive energy. You must be able to identify, facilitate, and drive a business solution to completion, along with the technical and business competency to ensure the correct outcome.
**Schedule** : Full-time position with standard working hours of Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Deconstruct features into user stories to be executed by the scrum teams
+ Produce a healthy backlog by grooming four sprints worth of user's stories
+ Prioritize backlog based on priority established by the product manager
+ Define and provide direction for user experience and user interface
+ Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) research and interviews to define product capabilities and features
+ Create user documentation and internal marketing material for product promotion

+ Subject matter experience in US CMS quality and risk programs

+ Experience working on cloud-based, enterprise applications with analytics components
+ Experience working with Data Science teams developing clinical analytical components
+ Previous product owner experience on an Agile scrum team
+ SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or other relevant certifications.
+ Product owner or equivalent certification
+ Experience with product management tools like Aha, Rally, and GitHub
+ Understanding of architecture principles and DevOps methodology
+ Experience with integration testing/automation practices
+ Ability to identify training needs, coach, and mentor teams
