**The Role**
**Europe Regulatory Office Mission:** Responsible for the implementation, administration, and oversight of a regulatory and governance program supporting our compliance with EU DORA, NIS 2 and UK CTP Regime.
**Job Summary:** Associate Director, Cybersecurity Audit Support will be responsible for managing and coordinating external audits and ad hoc requests from our customers and regulators. This role includes providing project management support to coordinate first, second and third line of defense functions to ensure audits are completing efficiently and findings are remediated in a timely manner. Additionally the role involved developing audit strategies, maintaining appropriate documentation, and providing guidance on cybersecurity and audit best practices.
**Key Responsibilities** **:**
+ External Audit Management: manage and coordinate external audits performed by Kyndryl customers or regulators, ensuring compliance on requirements. Collaborating with other audit support functions within CISO and S&R.
+ Project Management: Provide project management support to coordinate with first, second, and third lines of defense functions, ensuring audits are completed efficiently.
+ Remediation: Ensure audit findings are addressed and remediated promptly and effectively, implementing corrective actions as needed. Preserving documentation where necessary.
+ Audit Strategy: Develop and implement audit strategies, relying on automation where appropriate, to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the external audit process.
+ Documentation Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive audit documentation, including reports, findings, and tracking of corrective actions.
+ Guidance on Cybersecurity: Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity best practices to ensure compliance and improved security measures.
+ Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for staff on audit procedures, Kyndryl's risk framework, and cybersecurity best practices.
**Who You Are**
Qualifications/Skills:
+ Strong understanding of ICT security control frameworks (NIST; ISO 27002)
+ Excellent analytical, and communication skills.
+ Understanding of network configurations, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
+ 10+ years experience with customer or regulator exams and audits.
+ Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Certifications/experience:
+ Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
+ Project Management Professional (PMP)
+ Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
+ Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
+ Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

About the Opportunity:
Global Cybersecurity (GCS) protects State Street and its clients from the impact of cyber-attacks against systems by understanding the risks these attacks present and mitigating them through a robust, continuously evolving, cybersecurity program and control environment with strong Governance and Compliance.
The Vice President of Cybersecurity GRC Remediation & Enablement will serve as a resolution leader within the Global Cybersecurity organization, responsible for driving cross-functional remediation efforts and enabling risk-informed decision-making across the enterprise. This role requires a technically credible cybersecurity expert and skilled facilitator who can partner with business and technology teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve control gaps, audit findings, and risk exposures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of remediation strategies for cybersecurity risks, assessment findings, and control deficiencies.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and effective resolution of risk items.
- Partner with GCS, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Regulatory and Compliance teams to align remediation efforts with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.
- Contribute to the creation of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that provide visibility into remediation progress.
- Promote enablement by embedding risk-informed practices into operational and technical workflows.
- Guide remediation using technical knowledge to ensure smooth changes across the enterprise, while helping cross functional teams understand and address risks.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of10 years of experiencein cybersecurity, IT, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of IT control or cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001, COBIT or other relevant frameworks).
- CISSP certificationor equivalent work experience.
- Experience working across diverse teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

The Cybersecurity GRC Analyst is responsible for providing Governance, Risk and Compliance support to the Cybersecurity team. This position will report to the Head of IT GRC and will be based at the Cork office located in Ireland.

**Key Qualifications:**

+ 3 years of security, information technology or technology risk management related work experience.
+ Two years of GRC experience with a strong understanding of how to design and execute compliance activities
