What You Will Do

In this field-based role that can be performed from anywhere in Ireland, you will be responsible for finding and developing strong relationships with new channel partners across Ireland. You'll collaborate with internal teams to secure deals and achieve sales targets.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with key channel partners.

This role will demand interaction with large scale enterprises at the 'C' level, as well as with technical staff within the security and IT organisation.
**Your day-to-day**
+ Focus on hunting and developing Large Enterprise Accounts (cross-vertical)
+ Articulate and promote the company's value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor within your customer base
+ Work with internal resources, including aligned System Engineers to prepare account strategies
+ Collaborate with Systems Engineers to organise and deliver compelling and flawless product demonstrations
+ Partner with the channel to gain access into new accounts
+ Deliver strong operational excellence, to include forecast accuracy, SFDC pipeline development,

**What you bring to the team**
+ Experienced technology sales professional, with a particular focus on SaaS and disruptive technologies. Experience of Cyber Security is a plus
+ Proven track record of over-achieving targets, net new logo achievements and capacity to leverage channel partnerships in Ireland.
+ Ability to establish strong business relationships at the executive level
+ Strong business acumen, and ability to become a trusted client advisor
+ Experience of closing complex opportunities in the range of $100k - $1m
+ Proficient user of formal sales training methodologies e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger, TAS, Command of the Message.

The Role
We are looking to hire a skilled Product Support Engineer to assist our customers with all technical issues around our products on the Insider Threat Management (ITM) Platform (ITM Sigma/ITM SaaS/ITM On-Prem). This is a customer facing role and as a core function, you will be required to respond to customer tickets and assist customers via phone, email, and chat and resolve technical support issues in this product area. This may include installing software that is related to the product or the Operating System (OS) that the customer is using, diagnosing networking issues, Installation/Upgrades, other related issues. To ensure success as a Technical Support Engineer, you should have in-depth knowledge of IT systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and be a team player. A top-class Technical Support Engineer who provides valuable assistance and support while maintaining strong customer relations.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to technical support ticket and providing remote support to customers
- Working with customers to find diagnose and resolve technical issues within specific response guidelines.
- Manage product escalations, function as a liaison between customers, and various levels of tiered support.
- Installing/Upgrading software related to this product area.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting the ticket issues that can be related to software, networking, and hardware.
- Documenting work in the ticketing system (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Shift work may be required (hours may differ depending on customer demand and business need).
Requirements for the role:
- Previous work experience as a Technical Support Engineer or Escalation Support Engineer
- Previous work experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure)

**Job Requirements**

Compensation:
The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. **Job Description**
**Associate Director Operational Excellence**
**The Position**
Reporting to the Director of Portfolio Management Office and part of the Ireland Manufacturing organization, this role will be responsible for leading and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and capabilities within Ireland Manufacturing. This role drives strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance and support site-level business objectives. The successful candidate will lead operational excellence efforts while partnering with leadership teams to deliver measurable improvements.
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Lead the deployment and execution of Operational Excellence strategy across the site, aligning with global and local strategic focus areas, priorities and initiatives.
+ Act as a change agent to foster a mature culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation at the site.
+ Buildout of Site KPI Dashboard ensuring alignment, visibility and accountability with tiered performance management boards.
+ Support the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews with site KPI dashboard, OE and strategy execution updates.
+ Leading the development and execution of site strategy focus area priorities / initiatives as required.
+ Identifies a pipeline of improvement projects by evaluating the value stream for waste, complexity and facilitates the implementation of solutions.
+ Supports the facilitation of cross-functional problem-solving sessions to address site-specific challenges using structured problem solving & provision of updates at governance forums.
+ Supports the organization through the execution of Value Stream Mapping, Kaizens & Gemba's
+ Drives implementation and embedding of leader standard work, structured problem solving and 7S at Ireland Manufacturing.
+ Champions the use of analytics in driving excellence in execution & decision making.
+ Business Process Owner for Eviview CI system for OE related modules & liaison with vendors as required.
+ Collaboration and communication with all levels of the Organisation and associated stakeholder management.
+ Build operational excellence capability by delivering structured problem solving, Yellow Belt & Green Belt & training.
+ Provides mentorship to the site OE Advocate team, Yellow Belt /Green Belt / Black Belt candidates and kaizen teams focused on rapid improvements as needed.
+ Chairs the site OE Advocate team to collaboratively drive the OE Site Strategy across the business and coordination of OE recognition events.
+ Collaborates across PDM Manufacturing sites to implement shared and harmonised processes.
+ Participates in the PDM Operational Excellence Community & collaborates in the development of the OE Strategy.
**Knowledge, Experience and Skills:**
+ Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
+ Degree qualified with extensive experience.
+ Proven capability to operate at a strategic and tactical level of execution.
+ Strategically applies data analytics to inform high-impact Operational Excellence initiatives.
