What you will do
The purpose of the role is to complete servicing, trouble shooting, diagnosis & repair of HVACR equipment but also preventative maintenance of various types of HVACR systems. You will provide up to date site surveys, records, and reports regarding works completed and actions needed to aid quoting of new or replacement equipment.
This is a mobile role on a full time basis. As a HVAC Service Engineer you are the primary contact for all technical service issues, accountable for resolving highly complex systems within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement and customer needs. You will be working mainly with the company’s largest customers predominantly within the Cork area.

Have experience with major HVAC manufacturers such as Daikin, Hitachi, Mitsubishi Electric

The Role
We are looking to hire a skilled Product Support Engineer to assist our customers with all technical issues around our products on the Insider Threat Management (ITM) Platform (ITM Sigma/ITM SaaS/ITM On-Prem). - Responding to technical support ticket and providing remote support to customers
- Working with customers to find diagnose and resolve technical issues within specific response guidelines.
- Manage product escalations, function as a liaison between customers, and various levels of tiered support.
- Installing/Upgrading software related to this product area.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting the ticket issues that can be related to software, networking, and hardware.
- Documenting work in the ticketing system (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Shift work may be required (hours may differ depending on customer demand and business need).
Requirements for the role:
- Previous work experience as a Technical Support Engineer or Escalation Support Engineer
- Previous work experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure)
- Knowledge of hardware and networking systems
- Knowledge of operating systems, web services, Read Xml/Json files, and APIs
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing)

**Associate Director Operational Excellence**
**The Position**
Reporting to the Director of Portfolio Management Office and part of the Ireland Manufacturing organization, this role will be responsible for leading and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and capabilities within Ireland Manufacturing. This role drives strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance and support site-level business objectives. The successful candidate will lead operational excellence efforts while partnering with leadership teams to deliver measurable improvements.
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Lead the deployment and execution of Operational Excellence strategy across the site, aligning with global and local strategic focus areas, priorities and initiatives.
